La Maggiolina Beautiful Tuscan style independent house

The house is situated beautifully on a hill. Everything was available. Beds were made nicely and a warm welcome with a nice bottle of wine. Beautiful garden and sun and shadow all around the house.

This is really a marvellous home for some quiet hours with a beautiful view at the landscape. Organisation was very easy and uncomplecated.

We enjoyed our 12-day stay in this lovely house as everything was provided. We didn't need to bring anything except our clothes and personnel things. Everything is there for cooking, relaxing and feeling at home. The garden is wonderful and large, our children (4+7) enjoyed walking around and playing in the garden. We had our meals on the big table outside, an umbrella providing shade. With the house being in the hills, the temperatures were a little lower than in the country, which was great in the middle of the summer. Furthermore, the shutters kept the sun out during the day. The view from the bedroom window is breathtaking and beautiful. There is a wonderful restaurant in the village about 15 mins walk from the house. Next to the restaurant is a little shop which sells everything from bread and butter to kitchen role and batteries. We felt welcome and looked after very well, we were greeted personnally and received tips for things to do and see. Communication before our stay was easy and quick. This really made the difference! We would for sure recommend this house to our friends.

We had a wonderful holiday. A beautiful house with a lot of privacy. The house is nicely decorated and everything we need was at our disposal. An environment for beautiful walks and stunning vistas. The owners are very friendly and helpful. A nice small village at 10 minutes walk with a good restaurant and cafe. A holiday at a place were we certainly come back to! We loved the house and the location. The owners were very helpful with all kinds of ideas for cultural, dinning out and sites of interest to visit. The house if very well equipped, comfortable, very private with a beautiful garden, and a vista of mountains. The tranquility and proximity to the seaside and the mountains made it perfect! A perfect stay!

The house is wonderful situated in a small mountain village, a quiet and beautiful landscape. You need a car and then it´s easy to reach surrounding locations, e. g. viareggio, the beaches of the Riviera de Verselia, Lucca or Pisa or the mountains. In the house everything is nice and careful arranged, so that you can feel comfortable about holidaying: it wants nothing. The contact with the landlords was obligning and very friendly. It remains to say mille grazie / merci, that we could occupy their beautiful house.
