La Casa de Burro, Newly remodeled family and pet friendly home with a pool!

The decor is beautiful - the beds were clean and comfortable- and the house was just all around good vibes

Jake was very welcoming and responsive. La Casa de Burro is a pleasant, well-stocked home with a private backyard/pool/sitting area.

It took me some time to post this review. I normally wouldn’t do a review such as this but I am hoping it will help them to correct it. This house is poorly kept. The front door doesn’t latch shut 95% of the time so you have to remember to lock the deadbolt. The back yard was the worst I’ve seen. The listing says there is a hot tub and there is with about 4 to 6 inches of very dirty water in it. The pool…..I wouldn’t dare get in it. Broken towel hangers, fan in master bath and living room are supposed to have remotes but nowhere to be found. It seems to be a good neighborhood though. Don’t worry about anything getting taken from my truck. If you are going to rent your house out make sure the listing is at least honest.

Way clean and comfortable

The house was fantastic. The area was in a perfect location with lots of stores and resturants. I specifically booked this house because of the pool. The pool hadn't been cleaned nor had the patio to sit outside. However there was a nice grassy area for our dog.

The house was clean and very nice and comfortable. The pool was filthy and the hot tub was drained. The outside was dirty and grass was not mowed. When I contacted the host he quit responding to me.

House was very clean, cute and well organized. Easy check in. Close to stores. Issue was the hot water. There was none in the master bedroom! The hot water in the second bathroom would run out after 2 persons would shower. So yes, unfortunately took cold showers. We had no TV…. Wouldn’t turn on.Front and back yard in need of some TLC.

The place was fabulous! When we booked it we were expecting a pool and hot tub… hot tub was not working and looks like it hasn’t worked for a while… please remove the hot tub as an amenity. This may have changed our decision to book… other than that it was great!

Enjoyed our stay. Great price, quiet neighborhood. Had a park close by for my kids to play. Would come back again.

We had an excellent stay here. Everything was incredibly clean. Owner was communicative and very friendly. Zero issues to speak of. We would stay again without hesitation. Everything is 10 minutes away in Yuma. Thank you so much Jake!
