The Space:

As soon as you step inside, you’ll be charmed by the unique character of the spacious living area. The large living room, featuring stunning exposed beams, a piano and an authentic stone fireplace, flows naturallyinto the dining area.

A hallway leads to the modern, fully equipped kitchen/dining area, which opens onto a large table ready to welcome your whole family for long meals together overlooking the garden.

On the ground floor, two shower rooms complete this level, along with two toilets.



Upstairs, the sleeping area in the attic exudes a soft, warm atmosphere thanks to its wooden panelling and nautical touches. The house has 4 well-appointed bedrooms to suit everyone’s needs:

A cosy master bedroom with a reading nook, featuring a 140x190 cm bed.

A second double bedroom with a minimalist, bright atmosphere, also featuring a 140x190 cm bed.

A third bedroom for children with two single beds (90x190 cm) and a desk.

Finally, a wonderful large wooden dormitory equipped with 4 single beds (90x190cm), board games and books, a lovely space where children will be delighted to spend time.



The outdoor area invites you to make the most of beautiful Breton days: a large, lush garden bordered by hedges awaits you for moments of conviviality, with its large paved terrace, perfect for al fresco lunches with the barbecue, whilst sun loungers invite you to relax under the Finistère sun.



A final clean is included in the price; however, bed linen and towels are not provided. You can either bring your own or hire them from us via the digital welcome booklet, in which case the beds will be made up for your arrival. The digital welcome booklet is fully tailored to the property, explaining how the house works and offering advice on activities to do and places of interest to visit.



The surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for exploration and activities: walks in the Abers or along the GR34, sailing, local markets, small fishing ports and traditional restaurants where you can savour Breton specialities. This accommodation is the perfect base for exploring this magnificent region between land and sea.



This house is managed by Hestia Conciergerie, to ensure you have a unique and unforgettable holiday experience. We will be at your disposal throughout your stay to help you organise your trip, recommend the best places to visit and book activities according to your preferences. We also offer a rental service: baby equipment, games, sports equipment (scooters, paddleboards, molkky, etc.). This way, you can feel right at home!



A security deposit will be required before each stay. This must be paid via a secure credit card pre-authorisation through our digital welcome booklet.



Smoking is permitted, but only outside the property. Parties are also prohibited.



This house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.



Pets are not permitted in this accommodation.
