It also includes two bedrooms: one with a Queen-sized bed and another with two Twin beds. Since you're vacationing in the Florida Keys, you have the flexibility to dine out or prepare meals in the modern, fully stocked kitchen.

Step out from the living room onto a large deck with outdoor dining space, perfect for enjoying your freshly caught fish while taking in the views of your private heated pool, the canal, and the vibrant Florida Keys sunsets.

2nd Level of the Home:

On the second level, the luxurious master suite beckons with a King-sized bed, ample closet space, and an en-suite bathroom, offering a private retreat where you can unwind in comfort and style.

Outdoor Oasis:

Looking for some shade to relax during a lazy afternoon nap No problem—outside the home, there's a spacious, tropical tiki hut perfect for unwinding. You can also enjoy a private, heated pool (with a fee) and a generous yard that features a gas grill for your cookouts.

For water enthusiasts, the outdoor area includes 30 feet of deepwater dockage with ocean access via Sister Creek, as well as a fish cleaning table and a bait freezer for your fishing needs. You'll also have 4 bikes and 3 kayaks at your disposal to explore the surroundings. Ample parking is available with 4+ spots and space for a boat trailer.

Your pets will love the large, fully fenced yard, and you're just a short distance from Sombrero Beach. The property also boasts a patio area for additional relaxation and privacy.

This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 6 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per additional guest, this includes children & infants.

••• Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.

••• If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.

••• This home is pet friendly (maximum of 2 dogs only) with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats.

••• Pool heat is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date. If requested after check-in, additional fees may apply.
