Kokopelli House - Modern Retreat in Fruita Desert

Fully stocked and very clean. Communication was excellent as well. We will stay here again every time we are in the area.

Beautifully kept home, clean, quiet neighborhood.Absolutely breathtaking view from the front porch.The master shower alone makes this home worth the stop to stay here. We loved our 20th anniversary Getaway to Fruita. Maureen is an excellent hostess & was available for any questions or help that we needed. 10/10

We had a wonderful stay in Fruita, directly across from the Colorado NationalMonument, with easy day trips to Arches National Park and Glenwood Springs and more. The house was clean, beds super comfy and the kitchen stocked with everything we needed to cook a few meals.

Nice, new/under construction neighborhood, quiet during non-construction hours, well stocked kitchen, comfortable seating arrangements, medium-firm master bed, soft twin beds, large smart tv in main area, several ceiling fans, one car garage, nice views in every direction. No shampoo or conditioner was provided, otherwise it was perfect!

After big disappointments with large hotel chains in Grand Junction, we loved our stay in Fruita! The place was immaculate, beautifully stocked, thoughtfully appointed, and very comfortable. Very happy !

Truly surpassed our expectations- easy to find- impeccably clean- everything organized down to the sandwich bags- extra towels, toothpaste, even tampons! So impressed by the attention to detail and making everything so easy and seamless. About 5 min from downtown and 20 minutes from kessel biking area. Here for a trail race with two couples and all of us loved this spot!

We had a great stay at the Kokopelli house. Location is close to Fruita and Grand Junction. We spent a lot of time biking and hiking. We would definitely return!

This house is exceptional in every way! It has all the amenities to make it feel like your own home. It is beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable. It is the best rental my friends and I have stayed in. I highly recommend it.

Location is perfect. The place is extremely beautiful, clean with everything that you can possibly need to have a relaxed and amazing stay. My family had I really enjoyed it. We will definitely come back again.

The home has all the amenities needed. Kitchen is fully equipped, even with Keurig pods for your morning coffee. Only negative is an extremely small backyard with no privacy at all. Front yard has a gorgeous view of the mountains.

Nice new home minutes from GJ & Fruita. Really comfortable beds and furniture. The linens are nice and the kitchen has everything. Coffee and creamer were a nice touch! Very quiet inside the home and the view of CO National Monument is stunning. When outside you do here the road noise from the interstate.
