we had a memorable vacation. great location.

We really enjoyed our stay, the beach was right there. The kitchen at this property was extremely small so we did very little cooking. I think the check in time should be earlier than 4 as the whole day is really wasted, not being able to park on the property until 4 was a real bummer. Overall the property was nice just a bit small.

The property is very cute. Plenty of room so that one is not on top of each other. Plenty of on-site parking space. Loved the outdoor shower for the kids and washing off sand. Quick walk to beach. Our group had kids from 7 months to 10 years old. The proximity to the beach allowed us to maintain their schedules for lunch breaks and nap time. The beach itself is very kid-friendly as the water level stays low and the waves are not overwhelming. Downside: No washer/dryer. (I would have sworn a washer/dryer was in the description when I booked). Also, while I did not examine the upstairs closets, the first floor bedroom closet could not really be used as there was a lot of things in there using up the closet space. Kitchen cabinets had a lot of dishes, storage containers, and pots in pans to the point it was over kill. As a result of all of the stuff, there was not much space left for our groceries, so we stacked on top of the refrigerator, on the small counter space, and the kitchen table. Note: All Downside items can be fixed very easily if the property takes inventory of what is there and what is really needed. OVERALL: I Loved the place and would definitely go back!

We made the best of our stay but this cottage was far from what we expected, particularly for the rental rate. The cottage is dated, dark, and far from spacious.

We enjoyed our stay! The location was ideal! The beach was right there to enjoy all times of the day and night! We enjoyed the sun and the beautiful full moon at night during high tide! The beds were comfortable. No air conditioning but plenty of fans. The trolley stop to go to OOB was right down the street. Very convenient and we loved Tina!!! We would definitely rent this home again. The conveniences of the beach, the trolley and not being right in the middle of OOB was great! Oh and the kayak rental down the street was awesome. Ron was so helpful! As far as cleanliness it was okay when it came to the floors and cobwebs. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean. You won’t regret this rental!

We had a great time at this property. Quant house with a very quick walk to the beach.

The Bailey mgmt. company was AMAZING - The cottage was meticulously prepared. We had such a wonderful with my family and grandson for our short few days! Steps from the beach - hope to return next summer for a longer stay - Allison was there the second we needed help. It was delightful!!
