Stayed Sep 24, 2022plenty of room. large covered and uncovered oceanfront deck. front porch with grill. covered parking for 2 large cars and enough driveway space for at least 2 more vehicles. beach was huge. our end of sept stay had less than 10 people on the entire beach!!! around 6pm it was totally empty. Was not at all happy with ANY of the restaurants. they all have gone to using SYSCO frozen institutional style product . the fresh seafood from the locals was way too expensive for the serving size. got better quality by buying from local grocery store and cooking at house.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had the best vacation. The location was perfect and everyone was very comfortable. There was plenty of space to have privacy when it was wanted and plenty of room to be together. Will definitely rent again.

Stayed Apr 29, 2017Our first trip to Topsail Beach Island NC. This rental was an older property but well maintained, very clean. The deck and entry to the beach was absolutely perfect. Beach is so clean. We stayed the first week of May 2017 and I had 20 miles of beach just about to myself. IT is DOG FRIENDLY and that is so hard to find. Our Boxer was able to be off lead and play in the water to his heart content. Kitchen sufficiently stocked. King bed was comfy. Wouldn't hesitate to use this location again.

Stayed May 6, 2017We brought our three young boys (ages 7, 4, and 3 months) and beagle, and this home worked great for us. We loved having the bedrooms all on one level. The gates on the porch were perfect for letting our dog roam around. The decor was a bit outdated, but that didn't bother us. Bathrooms were small but sufficient. The kitchen was also small but worked ok for easy meals. I wouldn't recommend planning to make anything too involved. The porch had great rocking chairs and a bench table to enjoy outdoor meals. The boardwalk over the dunes made it a short few steps to the beach. We also loved having the linen service provided for the house. The only thing I really would've liked to see is a screen door for the sliding door leading to the porch. The cool spring mornings and evenings were perfect for leaving windows and doors open, but we couldn't really leave the sliding door open due to mosquitoes in the evening.
