We stayed at the property for my daughters wedding. It was the perfect place for us. We had everything that we needed . The host was responsive and on top of things

Game room was a hit! We played board games and watched movies the whole time.

The house was clean and welcoming. The neighborhood was very quiet (other than the train yard, but nothing to be done about that). Lots of space, pool table and game room were fantastic. Wish it had a washer and dryer, but otherwise perfect.

Host was great. Quick response. Had done missing game room items that we told them about immediately upon arrival and the host came over to replace them right away. House was perfect for our 7 person family! Game room was a hit for our children. Big table for all of us to sit. Eat, and play games! Thank you so much!

My entire family of seven was there for a family wedding. The place was spacious clean and beautifully equipped. We were very comfortable and it was everything that we needed.

The home was the perfect size for our large family of 6. It was clean, had fun games and all the amenities you would expect. The location was quiet and the nearby playground was a lot of fun for our kids. We would definitely come back again and the place provided quick access into Duluth.

The house was nice and cozy for what we needed. We stayed for our daughters’s wedding that was held at Ivy Black. Was a great location. About 15m from everywhere. House was clean and nice for families. Two levels with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on each level. Game room is on the split level entry portion. If you would like to sit outside, you’d need to bring your own chairs as there is no outdoor furniture. Kitchen supplies were abundant and lots of family games and puzzles. The checkin process was simple. We received a code and there were detail instructions in house. Please note there is no washer and dryer onsite.

My husband and I attended the City on the Hill Music Festival in Duluth with good friends August 1 and 2. This was a great place to stay when we weren't at the Festival. It was so wonderful having bedrooms both upstairs and down so that we didn't have to feel like we were right on top of one another. A big plus was having two bathrooms in the house. The beds and couches were very comfortable. The kitchen table was a great place to hang out for meals and talks. We appreciated the various games that were available even though we didn't have time to play them. The location was phenomenal! The house is situated in a nice, quiet neighborhood with trees surrounding the back of the house. Idyllic and serene.

We all had a great time. We also had everything we needed. Very convenient to the places we had to go to. Only thing I thought they should have central air. Other wise it was great.

The place was as listed, but was not clean when we arrived. The linens, trash, and house was a mess. Contacted the owner; he did respond and came himself to clean which we appreciated. The place otherwise was good. Need to replace the pots and pans, hard to use. The house can be hot at times, small Minisplit unit present but does not keep the house well cooled on the warm days- fans were available thankfully. Recommend bringing utensils if you want to cook, short supply of those.

The property was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. There were plenty amenities available during our stay. We only have one recommendation, patio furniture would have been awesome. My sister and I love to have coffee in the morning, while enjoying the serenity of the outdoors

This property was a fantastic middle point between duluth and the wedding venue. Clean house with ample activities and games. We would definitely stay again!

3 families with infants stayed. Plenty of room, clean and stocked with games. Also had a pack and play ready and a baby gate for the stairs. Very happy with this rental.

We bid on a Duluth Experience package that included many different venues. Since there were 4 adults, this property had the size, bedrooms and bathrooms in a location very convenient to Duluth. Would be great for families.

This home was perfect for our family of seven. There was plenty of room. The game room was our favorite part. The house is also one of the cleanest VRBOs we've stayed in.

The house was clean and beautiful with comfortable sleeping. We could not use the TV … and the internet was not working for part of our stay. It was not easy to communicate with the hosts. Online communication was not user friendly..at least not for seniors. We did not receive our check in information until 12:04 am on our arrival date and we were getting worried. We did have a nice get away.

Very nice split level home in a cute neighborhood. There is a game room and lounging area on the main floor. Two bedrooms and a bathroom, along with a living room area on the lower level. Two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, dining room, and living room on the upper level. There is a deck off the dining room that looks out into a nice undeveloped area. There was a three ring binder describing the roles of the property, along with area highlights and restaurant suggestions. The owners were responsive and timely in those responses. We would stay here again if we were in the area.
