Stayed Aug 17, 2024We arrived after more than a ten hour journey to find the property had not been prepared or cleaned, we immediately contacted the owner who apologised and asked us to go to the bar to have a drink promising to pick up the tab. After an hour and half we were informed the property had been prepared, returning to the property we found it had been cleaned but to a poor standard. The property is described as being luxury, I would describe it as being tired and in need of some tender loving care. However, the most disappointing thing has been the total silence from Amy Tucker the owner, despite numerous emails and text messages she hasn't had the courtesy of replying - a total lack of customer service - spend your money somewhere else and AVOID QUEENSWOOD HOLIDAYS..

Stayed Sep 11, 2021This is a lovely lodge .The only thing letting it down was the cleanliness the tiles were falling off the wall behind the Downstairs bathroom .The tiles in all the bathrooms needs to be bleach the grouting there was black mould on them .the beds were very comfortable lovely hot tub we did have a great holiday

Stayed Jun 12, 2021Great location and a super house. Lovely views of the water from the 2 decks, the hot tub was well used, we often relaxed on the lower deck while watching the paddle boarders and the ducks go by. The resort was excellent - the water sports were great fun, it has a very useful shop and a nice bar/restaurant.
