Unfortunately we were not able to complete our stay due to “additional friends” being there. Saw the first big one in the living room when my dog was running after it the first day but had hoped it was a one-off.I woke up and went in the kitchen about 1:00 AM the next morning and found about a dozen, varying in sizes (ages) so messaged the host right away. It was a Sunday but I did request they attempt to find a pest service, which she claimed they did. Found out it was a problem she was aware of when she said they stay in the kitchen sink and nowhere else in the house, and she had suggested a spray I could use if I wanted to that was left in the garage. She did apologize, but I had already had a sleepless night and told her there was no way I could chance taking their friends home in our belongings, no matter how common she assured me this was. I was never offered anything a refund for the additional evening and subsequently reached out and opened a claim with VRBO, who agreed it was not acceptable. They also have the pictures that I sent the host. Although Jade was very polite, I would have been mortified and would have definitely offered a refund for any time unspent and disrupted family vacation time. Still washing clothes!!!!

Absolutely loved our stay! The home was clean and cozy—you can tell the hosts really care about maintaining a welcoming space. Everything was fresh, organized, and thoughtfully prepared. We also couldn’t have asked for a better location! It was perfectly situated for quick access to downtown Round Rock, with so many great restaurants, coffee shops, and local spots just minutes away. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

All good, location and house is good. Need details as can be the water faucets or the pans need renewal

Loved the location of this property! Everything we did during our stay was within a 10 minute drive and that was wonderful. Great parks within minutes which was very convenient for our family!
