Gary was the most AMAMZING host anyone could ever ask for! His house was beautiful and organized with everything you could imagine and such nice quality and decor! Loved every minute!

AWESOME!! Property was beautiful, very spacious. Far beyond by expectations! Wish there were TVs in all the bedrooms.

This home was perfect for our extended stay - very well stocked with kitchen and bath supplies, roomy and a great location! Gary thought of every detail and was easy to communicate with, answering any questions that we had. We enjoyed walking the nearby trails and taking our granddaughter to the local parks. Would definitely stay here again.

This home was perfect for a long weekend for our family group of 7 (2 grandparents, 2 parents, 3 small children). It was one of the best-stocked and undeniably THE most organized of any rental we’ve ever booked. The pictures in the listing are accurate. The neighborhood is lovely. The host was prompt in communications and provided clear instructions. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again if we have the chance to return to the Austin area. Highly recommend!

Probably the most organized and accurate communication I’ve had with a VRBO (or equivalent). Often you get over-sells on descriptions but this is on-point. Everything is labeled too (drawers/doors) which is great orientation in a new space. have been a return renter at this location b/c of the experience!

Owner was attentive and very accommodating. House was stocked with everything you could need or want. So organized. Clean, clean, clean!! Plenty of dishes, silverware, etc to not have to run dishwasher after each meal. Outdoor area is gorgeous and so inviting!! We will definitely stay here again.

This home is in a great location to all things in Round Rock, the surroundings are beautiful and the neighborhood feels safe. The host is very friendly and helpful, highly recommended!

This home is beautiful and very comfortable. The only complaint is that there are a lot of electronics in the master bedroom which makes for a lot of light at night when trying to sleep. The lights from all of the electronics made it seem like a runway at the airport. Also, lights from outside that light up the trees come through the shades and make it very bright. Room darkening curtains would be a huge bonus in this room. We covered up all the electronics lights with towels, etc.

One of our best VRBO stays ever. The house was exceptionally clean and so many extras to make for a perfect stay. Beds were all super comfortable, plenty of towels for the whole group, everything labeled so we didn’t have to struggle to figure anything out. Instructions were easy to understand and location was close to everything. Beautiful home and back yard and just as described. Will definitely stay again when in town.

This property was the perfect location for us to stay with my family which included 7 of in total ranging from a 14 year old all the way to a 79 year old. The kitchen equipment was AMAZING for prepping our Thanksgiving feast, mornings sipping coffee and tea on the patio were lovely, and Gary was a very attentive host who made us feel very welcome. We hope to be back in the summer to enjoy even more patio time together as a family.

Gary’s property was pristine and had everything we needed! We hosted a small baby shower which was perfect for the space. Gary’s communication was incredible and we felt so welcome. We’ll definitely be back!

This house is immaculate and very well organized. Everything is labeled. Beautiful outdoor space. Easy to reach the owner. We were in town to go on the Austin Steam Train wine tasting. This location was close to cedar park where we were going to catch the train. It’s about 30 minutes from airport. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing place! My family felt so special!

Our stay was superb in every way. Every room--bedrooms, family room, dining area--is spacious. Furnishing are first rate--beds are extra comfortable, living room furniture has plenty of spots to relax; counter stools are the perfect height and the dining table seats eight! Bedrooms and living room each has their own premium television. The back deck had lots of space for stretching out or having a meal on the big table. The barbeque was there for use if we wanted it. The back deck opens onto a lovely grassy area with mature trees. This VRBO is unique--the owner has supplied everything you could need. Thick towels piled in every closet. Quality beach towels supplied. Soap and shampoo in each bathroom. Even a first aid kit for minor nicks and scrapes. The kitchen is fully stocked with ample dishes, bowls, glasses and silverware. Quality pots and pans. The pantry is stocked with coffee and tea and other staples. Spices are in the cupboard. The fridge is huge, the gas stove looks brand new. In one kitchen drawer are ziplock bags and cling rap. Under the sink are dishwasher pods. In the laundry area is laundry detergent and dryer sheets. There wasn't a single staple that we needed to purchase. There is impressive organization throughout the house. The owner provides clear, detailed arrival and departure instructions. The neighbourhood is quiet. Do we recommend this VRBO? 110%. Would we return? Yes, without hesitation. Our trip was greatly enhance by staying here.

We were in town for a family wedding weekend. The house was everything we were looking for. The house is clean and organized. The backyard and deck are a great place to be. The host was so friendly and hospitable.

Very nice house. Super modern. The host was awesome. We had trouble getting in the house and he answered right away and let us in. He was available to address all of our questions and concerns at any time of the 10/10 rent this house!
