Stayed Mar 22, 2025We had a great week! Owners were great with communication. The condo was immaculate and centrally located to Brownwood, Sawgrass, Fenney, Ednas on the Green, and Magnolia Plaza. Close to pool and Marsh Bend Trail. The condo was perfect for 4 people and it had nice pots and pans for cooking as well as a crockpot. Suggestions of things to bring but are truly personal preference especially if you cook/eat at the condo: extra paper towels, ziploc bags, sharp knives for chopping or meat cutting, a few more cheap storage containers for leftovers and a 9x13 pan. The bed in the master bedroom is adjustable which was a nice surprise. Mattresses are firm. (Memory or purple type?) Deluna was a wonderful area to stay in and we hope to come back.

Stayed Feb 1, 2025Heavy traffic on 301 daily which was not pleasant.The neighbor hood was quiet and We walked a lot. Lovely homes and landscaping to see. Loved the Marsh beauty. The house was clean. We were disappointed with dinner ware. Unpleasant to eat from. Kitchen otherwise addaquately equiped.Way too few towels and the 2nd bedroom had inadequate drawer space for a months'stay.We didn't know that there was no outdoor space or leni on the back.Owners very responsive to our communications.Regulating the heat was a problem.Owner responded to our concerns about heat.butToo few towels. Dinnerware was awful.Not pleasant to eat from. No backyard for grilling. No patio in back. No door in back!? Seemed odd to us.Weather made the vacation. We're glad we went. Had trouble with controlling heat but owner was able to assist.

Stayed Nov 8, 2024The house is exactly as listed. We enjoyed our 3 week stay in the villages. Conveniently located to Brownwood Square by golf cart. Highly recommend recconend rented the golf cart.Very nicely decorated with everything you would expect. The host was friendly and responsive to the very few questions that we had. Highly recommend this property.
