King Bed, Stocked Kitchen, Easy Driveway Parking, 2mi to Downtown & Coliseum

This home suited our stay in Fort Wayne to visit family since we live out of town. Tincaps baseball game with fireworks afterwards was enjoyed by all ages. We used the bikes provided, as well as the corn hole game and grill. Two full bathrooms was a big plus for 6 adults. The home was clean and tastefully decorated. We would stay here again. The owner kept in touch to make sure we had everything we needed. Thanks, Carol!

We have stayed multiple times at the Cozy Craftsman when visiting family in Fort Wayne and have always been pleased. The house is always very clean and the beds are comfortable. Carol is a fantastic host and communicated before, during, and after our stay, making sure everything is/was ok. The kitchen is well supplied and the living room perfect for visiting with family. Having 2 bathrooms was a plus, as not many homes for rent have 2 bathrooms. We loved the walking distance to the Rose Garden which is a beautiful place to go for a walk. Would stay here again!

Our stay at The Cozy Craftsman met our needs very well! We were in town on business, and it was a nice place to kick back and relax a bit. Carol was very communicative!

We loved the the location and house! Communication with the host was very easy and helpful. Property had bikes on site and there’s a good bit of restaurant, , bike trails and site seeing, within riding distance. Excellent place to stay if you are in the area. It will be my go to spot moving forward.

The location of the house is super convenient. It's a very nice Craftsman House. Everything was super clean. Carol was responsive to all our questions and needs.

It was the perfect location for our visit. Carol communicated professionally and quickly.Wishes - It would be convenient to have closets in the upstairs bedrooms; updated pots and pans, an extra kitchen towel and sponge, fresh paint on a lot of the white baseboards (especially upstairs bathroom), and some sprucing up of the basement,Concern - the first handle rail on the right side going down the basement stairs is broken.

We had a family celebration and needed extra space for our crew. Carol’s home is very clean, comfortable, quiet and close to downtown. Our guests loved walking over to Lakeside park to see the gorgeous rose gardens. Beds are comfortable. Carol is very responsive and easy to work with. Thank you Carol!

Nice home in a nice location in Fort Wayne. Close to downtown and the various locations we had to go to for basketball. Neighborhood seems safe and well maintained. Close to restaurants and the local park. Very happy with our host, and she was flexible with our checkout due to our tournament times.

Cathy’s place is great! She is very helpful and was quick to answer all communication. The place is centrally located and well stocked. The neighborhood is very nice! I will definitely stay again.
