Great apartment/suite in a phenomenal location (literally couldn't be better for the main square in Paso). There will be a little noise as you are in the heart of things but it was not bad at all and the suites proximity to the great restaurants and bars around there more than made up for it.

Such a great place to spend time in Paso Robles! Loved the communication, easy entry, and cleanliness, but the best part by far was the location! If you've never been to Paso before, you may not know that the square in the center of town is the place to be. From charming shops to endless wine tasting spots and restaurants, it's all just steps away from this little apartment. It's an upstairs unit, but it's only 1 flight up and no big deal. Other reviews have mentioned noise at night, but during our weekend (Friday and Saturday) nights, it wasn't a problem at all. Highly recommend this place!

This was a great property! It was a moderate walk to get to the Town Lift and the property had everything we needed.

The place is great for a couple!!! Downtown walk to everything! Only drawback is that it can be loud. Saturday night had lots of loud passers by as well as an early AM garbage/recycling truck. I hate to write this info down, but if you’re a light sleeper, this might not be the place for you. It is, however absolutely otherwise perfect.

Superb communication, and a great price for our weekend stay. We managed to grab parking in the lot right behind the building both times we pulled in, which was very convenient. The outdoor stairs lead almost directly onto the park square - but it's so easy to get tempted into the bistro downstairs on the way!

Ideal location and next to everything downtown. Close to restaurants, wine tasting, the park, and more. The apartment is very clean and offers a lot of comfort and host communication was great. I’m looking forward to returning for another stay. .

Perfect for a couple on a wine tasting trip! The one and only warning is that the delivery trucks eatry in the morning are loud, but nothing this host can do about that. We'll be back!

This is our favorite place to stay in downtown Paso! It was our second time and will be back again. Everything is clean, booking and communication was easy, you can walk everywhere. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Great spot right on the square. I really enjoyed my stay. The place was fully equipped, it was nice to have the parking in the back!

The only thing that kept me from giving five stars for everything is some communication glitches. The biggest downside was they did not disclose that the exterior was being renovated while we were staying there, so we had to deal with painters wanting us to move our car and early morning thumping and men with ladders outside our windows as they were painting. Apart from that, great location and very nice apartment. Would definitely stay there again!

This place was perfect for me and my husband’s quick getaway. It was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed to relax. The location was ideal—close to wineries and downtown, but still peaceful and private. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to unwind together. Highly recommend!

Clean, convenient. We’re headed back and hope that this place is available. Perfect place to use as base camp when in Paso. Travel to wineries during the day and end the day with walking distance to dozens of restaurants/tasting rooms/fun shops to patronize.

All the restaurants and bars are walking distance which is very convenient. Finding the entrance can be tricky, you have to walk across the BL Brasserie outdoor area but not a big deal. Very small inconvenience would be sound proofing, the living and bedroom's windows face a popular bar and can get a bit loud late in the evening.

Had another great stay at Park Place. The location is perfect for doing stuff downtown. You can walk to so many places. Looking forward to next time.

Quiet and well equipped apartment convenient to downtown Paso and wineries. Check in and out were easy and clearly communicated. Overall a great stay...we will be back!

This place was the cutest! We ended up getting in very late but it was easy to find and we used the door code to access the property. It was a perfect location for us--right next to the Pine Street Saloon and walking distance to the Cal Coast Brewery (best place ever- check it out). We spent the weekend exploring the shops (the bookstore near there was to die for!) and eating and drinking our way through Paso. The apartment was super cute, comfy BIG bed, with all the amenities we needed and walking distance everywhere. The rental company was super responsive when we reached out as well. We will definitely come back.
