Kindling Falls - 60ft Waterfall!

This was a fantastic home! Lots of room to spread out and the backyard entertainment was indescribable! Just as an advisory for older folks or people with mobility issues - there are lots of stairs. The house was very clean. Joe the owner was so accessible. He was fantastic. We are booked to stay here again, we loved it so much!

Great time and a one-of-a-kind property. Adults and kids both loved it. Highly recommend!

Dissapointing many things did not work. The hot tub, water feature, candles did not work. The TV in the living room top of falls. The fireplaces in the lower room did not work. The dryer bottom floor was loud and breaking. There was a rodent in the pantry. The nook was extremely hot with no air flow. Lots of ants. The bed in the loft had several ants. The hand mixer we threw out. Several great features as well. Well stocked with nessesties. The waterfalls are beautiful. The cabin was huge and well decorated. Thank you.

We were in Franklin for a funeral and had our adult children coming in from as far away as London to Denver to Dallas. The home was a perfect gathering spot , well appointed with everything we needed , and large enough for those who needed privacy for healing to be alone. . The waterfall slide was enjoyed by our more adventurous guys , the spa was a relaxing welcome retreat and the fire pit held some great conversations . We will be back for future family reunions ! Joe and McKenzie were very responsive and more than accommodating.

Joe and McKenzie's Kindling Falls home was beyond expectations. The Host's had the home prepared to meet any need that might arise from the Welcome Brochure to the 2 ply toilet paper, the presentation was extremely well thought out. If you had a question how to operate a thermostat, tv or fireplace there was never a question or concern. The multiple decks allowed for the chance to sip a glass of your favorite beverage or morning coffee and the waterfalls were ever present. We would definitely come back!

Our annual Christmas mountain getaway was extra special this year thanks to this gorgeous house and property. We highly recommend this property and talked about how fabulous it would be to visit during each of the four seasons. Our teenagers took advantage of the polar plunge opportunity this trip and great memories were made.

This place was just beautiful!! The location was quiet and my family had a great time there. The waterfall was amazing!!

We really enjoyed our stay.

Everything about our stay was magical! What a beautiful property. Everyone loved picking out their rooms and each one was cozier than the next. We enjoyed building a fire with s'mores and spotted some really cool wildlife in the area. The thing we enjoyed most was definitely the rock slide waterfall. It is such an amazing feature and we enjoyed tubing down it. Then spending our time warming up in the hot tub that is conveniently located inside the property. Could not recommend staying here more, the hosts were very responsive to every question we had.

This home is one of a kind and gorgeous every where you look. The property has activities for all ages. We had 4, 5, and 7 year olds who played games, slide on tubes down the waterfall, played in the river for hours, roasted marshmallows, and then took a dip in the hot tub. The adults were able to relax and enjoy watching the kids play. There is a fully stocked kitchen where we made meals to feed the large group. All conveniences were made available by the hosts. Highly recommend!

Loved waking up to the sound of the waterfall in the morning. Plenty of space for our large group and lots of kitchen supplies for meals at home.

Wonderful home with loads of room. Close to attractions but yet you get the feeling out in no man's land. Waterfall is so cool. Has everything needed for kitchen but fridge ice maker doe not work. Controls for AC are a bit confusing.

If you need a place to reconnect or just get away from the daily routine, this is it. You are literally in the midst of nature while having all the comforts of the modern world. From fun playing in the water and rock slide, swinging over the water, campfires to just sitting on one of the balconies watching, we never felt the need to leave for other entertainment. The kitchen was completely stocked, beds ultra comfortable and space for all being together or having my own space to read. Precious family time with amazing memories. We’ll be back!!
