Stayed Oct 5, 2023The natural light pouring in was an absolute delight and a great way to start each day of our getaway. This is a well appointed and beautiful property in a quiet area. It is ideally located for day trips and is just a short walk into town. We'll certainly be back again.

Stayed Feb 3, 2022We have booked this property for our annual bright cycling trip. We have booked 2 other properties as well as we had high number of people attending this weekend. The only house we had an issue with was this house. Firstly, we had 3 people staying in the house and to my surprise, one of the rooms was closed. They except 3 guys to sleep in 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds. There was no question from no one is we need 3 rooms or not. The other 2 properties we had no issue. Secondly, in 2022 a house that is away from a main city when everyone in the house uses different phone providers didn’t have wifi. You cannot even use your phone for internet if you are with Vodafone. Thirdly, this is the only house that didn’t allow us a late check in( I sort of expecting that with our experience up to that point) when the other houses had no issue giving us lte checking on a Sunday . We are coming to bright all the time and this house we will never stay in it again

Stayed Oct 12, 2018We were very happy with the property. Easily accommodated 5 adults. Kitchen had everything required. Games in bedroom wardrobe were an extra touch. Basic kitchen supplies were useful. Property was in fantastic location to township, easy walk in such a beautiful location. My suggestions for improvement: 1. WiFi. We were very disappointed there was no wifi. I believed there was from my initial booking ( 4 months prior). WiFi is usually a given in properties so we were very surprised when reading the final booking email received a few days prior to our visit, that there was no WiFi. 2. Realize this would be difficult to incorporate but an extra toilet upstairs would be helpful as the only upstairs toilet/ bathroom is the main bedroom ensuite, which meant the peoplr in the other upstairs bedroom either had to go downstairs or come through main bedroom to access toilet. 3. An extra tv in main bedroom would be a bonus. 4. Coasters for coffee table.i couldn’t see any so made sure we placed cups in a book. 5. A booklet /guide to Bright, restaurants etc would be useful.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We loved the Kilfinan house! We spent a week there in the winter and having the winter sun stream in through the large windows was just glorious! Being so close to Bright meant that we could walk in to enjoy the many coffee shops of Bright. The only negative...the main bed mattress was not great!
