Stayed Nov 16, 2025We really appreciated the small things that made travelling with a four year old easier, the play kitchen, books, and even a step stool. The only thing that wasn't super comfortable was the heat, we turned it up but the house doesn't retain heat very well. I'm sure it would be much more comfortable when it's not below freezing and next time we'll try turning the heat up further. Also the house could use a kettle, but the induction stove made boiling water extremely fast.

Stayed Jul 16, 2025Spacious inside and out, located within blocks of city center in our former neighborhood with bus stops close by, and has the kitchen and laundry essentials. Check-in/checkout was easy. Excellent value. Stayed here a month. Would stay here again.

Stayed Jul 6, 2025We had such a great time at this location! The yard was the main selling point for me. We spent most of the time outside moving from one sitting area to the other, following the shade which turned out to be great in 98F weather. I loved the yard from the first glance I took at this property. Be aware that the sprinklers are set every night just before midnight; don’t leave anything that can get wet on the grass area. I took a shower on my first night here. That was fun! The patio area is save from the sprinkler. Lots of fruits, flowers and squirrels.Yes, this charming house is from the late 1800s, but it has enough space for a small group of people and kids. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of pots, pans, utensils and necessities. Hot water on command, AC worked perfectlyThe house is on a prime location close to everything Coffee & bagel shop just around the corner. While the place is very close to downtown Salt Lake, it is also very peaceful. Perfect for relaxing and ‘recharging your batteries’We felt right at home and enjoyed every moment. We felt like we got great value for the price. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a cozy place to stay.Excellent communication from the rental staff , very clear and easy check-in/check-out information. They are incredibly responsive and helpful.I would definitely stay here again if in town.

Stayed Apr 8, 2025This small and charming house is in a great location for accessing SLC -close to grocery store and downtown attractions-, and is very clean and well maintained. The rooms are well furnished and comfortable, and it has a big private backyard with some stuff for kids to play on. My wife and adult daughter spent 5 days there. Because we are all adults, we found the beds a little small. The child's room really has a child's bed in it and the main bedroom also has a rather small double (maybe a queen? idk, it felt smaller). Anyway one of us had to sleep on the couch which was fine after they brought over an extra blanket. Overall we were very happy to stay there and would definitely consider it again when we return to visit SLC.
