The home is lovely. The area was fantastic. The owners were helpful. We had a wonderful time and we would do it again.

Beautiful home right near the bike/walking path. We rented bikes for the week and hardly needed to use our cars except to go to the grocery store. We cooked at home most nights and they had all the necessary cookware/grill we needed. Very quiet and secluded on a great view of the golf course. Plenty of space for our group to be all together or spread out if needed.

We really enjoyed our weekend in this beautiful home. Plenty of space for our married sons and their babies, and for our college-aged kids as well. We spent a lot of time in the home because of rainy weather, but the beauty of this home was that we had room! You cannot beat a large living room layout for watching football or having little ones practice standing with an ottoman. We grilled ribeyes and made brisket and the kitchen had everything we needed. The owner was a delight to work with and we had no issues while we were in the house! Thank you Josh!

We had the most wonderful stay at this Kiawah Island house! The home offered the perfect mix of privacy and comfort, tucked away with beautiful views of the golf course right from the back. The house was spotless and felt so welcoming from the moment we walked in.The kitchen was well stocked, making it easy to prepare meals for our family without needing to bring a thing. Everything was thoughtfully provided.One of the highlights was celebrating my mom’s 75th birthday here—her face lit up when she saw the massive shower in the owners’ suite. Truly a “wow” moment! The space made her milestone birthday unforgettable, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place.We can’t recommend this home enough.

This is a spacious house with lovely bedrooms and bathrooms. The porch outside—screened in—was a favorite place to sit after dinner and talk and view the gorgeous trees and golf course. The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked often. The beach at boardwalk 12 was gorgeous but a hike for some of us old people. It was a perfect place for our girls family reunion.

The perfect home on Kiawah Island for our vacation. My wife and I stayed there with our three adult sons, their significant others, and two grandchildren. This home was in a great, quiet location, with open spaces that were perfect for hanging out in the kitchen along with game nights in the living room. A bonus was that there were king beds in each of the rooms for the adults, so no 'arguing' over who gets the king bed! All in all, just a great stay at this beautiful home! We would stay there again in a second.

Our family absolutely loved our week-long stay over the July 4th holiday! The house was perfect for our crew - beautiful, spacious, and in a perfect location with 2-3 minute bike rides to the beach and Night Heron park. We had a 6 year old, a seven year old and an 8 month old in tow and there was ample private space with the room layout for everyone to enjoy. Josh (property owner) was extremely helpful and responsive with any questions. We had a blast and hope to be back soon! Josh - thank you for an amazing stay and lots of great memories for our family!!

The house was exactly as listed and it worked great for a multi-family trip. Walking to the beach takes a minute but we quickly realized biking was a better option for us. Everything was clean and nice. The owner was available via text for any questions and super responsive and kind. Would book again.

The location is great and overall the house is great. We had to unstop the primary bedroom sink since it wouldn’t drain and the rain head shower in that bathroom leaks whenever water is run anywhere in the house. The outdoor shower was disassembled, so we couldn’t use that. One of the curtain rods in the bedroom near the laundry room was hanging off the wall so we couldn’t use that room (since we couldn’t close the curtain). There were ants and roaches but the owner had the pest company come out when we contacted him. And the listing said beach towels were available, but apparently prior renters took them so we didn’t have beach towels. We also had to buy clothes detergent to compete checkout as requested. But, even with all of that the house was a nice getaway! We rented bikes and went to the beach since it’s a short walk from the house. Just minor maintenance items that need to be addressed.

I stayed here with my, now Fiancé and her friends to celebrate our engagement. It was such a beautiful home with plenty of room. Checkout instructions were very clear. I would definitely stay here again. We had a blast!

Spent spring break here with my spouse and 3 kids (22 months -15 years). Great location and a short distance to the beach. Loved the short bike ride to Freshfields each day for any groceries, meals or shopping

Beautiful, pristine house with a great floor plan and the location could not be more perfect! Josh was wonderful with communication and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay a breeze. We had our family of 8 with us for the Kiawah marathon and the home was convenient to everything and also had the space we needed to recover and rest. We will definitely be back!

Very nice house but had some cleaning issues & could certainly use better bed linens. Master bath shower had mold on the bottom of the glass.

It's a perfect house in a great location. Easy walk or bike ride to the beach. Great layout with plenty of room for our families to spread out. Very well-appointed kitchen. Josh was excellent to work with. We will absolutely be back.

Everything about this house was exactly as advertised and pictured. Host Josh was a great resource and because we had the bad luck of booking our stay during Tropical Storm Debby, he kept us posted about road conditions and weather advisories. Although our family didn't get as many beach days as we hoped, the comfort of the house and its location helped our vacation go smoothly in spite of the weather. We enjoyed the screened porch, the view of the golf course, made great meals in the beautiful kitchen and enjoyed being together. We highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable Kiawah vacation and have already re-booked for next year! Thanks Josh!

Our family has been coming to Kiawah for 30 years and absolutely loved our stay! The layout and bedrooms were perfect for our group of 9 and could have slept a few more comfortably. The upstairs for the teenagers was perfect and location was great location with a short bike ride or walk to the beach. Great home and Josh was very attentive if we needed anything

This house is one of the best we’ve ever stayed in at Kiawah. Plenty of space that is decorated lovely and the view is wonderful of the golf course. Kitchen is up fitted for whatever you need to cook. Our family truly enjoyed our week here!!!
