364 Red Bay is a luxury 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom Kiawah Island vacation home newly constructed in 2024, featuring an expansive private deck with more than 700 sq ft of outdoor living space, a private pool, and completely remodeled interiors. This stunning home is nestled in the quiet West Beach neighborhood, overlooking a tranquil lagoon and the lush fairways of the Cougar Point Golf Course, just a 4 minute walk away from the beach!

Please Note: This home is only bookable for Sunday-Sunday during the summer season!

The open floor plan features a spacious living area with plenty of comfortable sofa seating to accommodate the whole family, a large flat screen TV to watch your favorite shows, and abundant natural light flooding in through French doors that lead to the private deck.

The expansive deck offers an outdoor dining area overlooking the private pool, a sparkling private pool with views of the fairway, as well as rocking chairs to sit back and relax as you gaze at the tranquil lagoon.

The designated dining area offers seating for 10, perfect for family game nights or enjoying home cooked meals together! Additional dining area seating is available at the kitchen bar for 3. The gourmet kitchen offers high-end stainless steel appliances and everything you need to make a meal right from home.

A powder room is located off the front entryway for convenient access, and a laundry room is available for guest use so that you never have to pause your vacation for mundane household chores. This luxury home has everything you need for a perfect Kiawah Island vacation!

This spacious home boasts 4 bedrooms, accommodating up to 9 guests. The first primary suite is located on the main level with a King size bed, flat screen TV, and full ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom offers a double vanity with plenty of space as well as a custom glass shower.

The remaining three bedrooms are located on the upper level. The second primary suite also houses a King size bed and ensuite full bathroom. The third bedroom offers a Queen size bed with a pull-out, Twin size trundle and an ensuite full bathroom. The fourth bedroom features a versatile King bed that can be separated into two Twin size beds if needed, as well as a private ensuite bathroom.

An additional living area is also located upstairs with sofa seating and a flat screen TV, as well as a flex room that could be used as an office space, vanity room, or a play space for little ones!

West Beach Village is located nearest to Kiawah Island’s main gate and is situated around the Cougar Point Golf Course and Clubhouse. West Beach is Kiawah’s oldest neighborhood with a great selection of Kiawah rental homes, meandering boardwalks, mature maritime forests and a charming, Lowcountry island vibe.

You’re an easy walk to the beach, a bike ride away from Freshfields Village, The Sanctuary Hotel, Night Heron Park and Kiawah Island’s world-class golf courses and tennis, and a short 40-minute drive to historic downtown Charleston.

Pool Access: This home has a private plunge pool and may be heated for additional charge with 1 week advance notice. Please note this property has NO resort pool access.

Beach Access: Beach access via Boardwalk 12.

Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly only, allowing up to TWO (2) dogs with a max weight limit of 50 lbs per dog. Dog(s) must be at least 1 year of age. There is an additional pet fee of $250 per dog, per week with a $500 maximum per pet for multiple weeks. No other pets allowed.

*Pet fee is added the final balance after booking

Parking: There is parking for up to 3 cars.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.

    When we arrived we were met with overflowing trash barrels covered with bugs and flies . House needs pest control we killed 6 roaches while we were there The house is beautiful and the location is amazing
