Kiama Dream – Absolute Waterfront | Panoramic Ocean Views | Large Groups

Lovely location and good sized rooms with fabulous ocean views. The TV didn't work, which is a frequent problem with rentals lately, in my experience. Also, some maintenance to fans was required and air-conditioning in the rooms with a lot of glass would have been good. Glass gives great views but a lot of heat as well.

Only contacted the host once and his response was speedy and appropriate. Property was generally as described and in good condition. However, the light in the front ground floor bedroom (to the right of the entrance) didn't work but did flicker sometimes. The fact that it flickered implies and electrical fault. The screens need attention. They come off their tracks. Would have liked to have a toaster downstairs (they're only 29 at KMart) and a few clothes pegs to stop clothes, towels blowing away. Didn't use the barbecue because it is a charcoal one which, I consider, to be impractical. Don't fancy waiting around for coals to heat up and then have to clean up the mess later. A small gas BBQ would be better. It wouldn't hurt to put an info package in the unit with info on where the nearest shop, takeaway and petrol station were located. Despite the above issues, we would happily book KIama Dream for a future holiday.

Everything was great from cleaning , the View , and spacious the house.Only thing I didn’t like it it doesn’t have Aircon only fan .But the breeze coming from the ocean, it’s great too.Overall I like everything. The manager Property he helped us with a couple extra fans and everything was sold out. The house was very clean. I really recommended highly recommended.

Extremely spacious house in a superb location right on the coast path and overlooking the stunning coastline. As the pictures suggest, the house is older style, could have been a little cleaner in places and we’d have liked to be able to open more windows (locked with no keys) but it didn’t spoil our stay. Our host Bruce was very responsive and helpful.

House was dirty,Dirt over the floor,food wrappers in bedroom drawers, broken sliding doors, no remotes for bedroom fans,no showering soaps, blocked drain in shower, stair light not working,,

We were all very happy with our stay. We had plenty of room to spead out and that view was amazing!

My 4 friends and I enjoyed our girls getaway at Kiama Dreams but found there were a few issues with the property. Our main concern was with the cleanliness - we felt the property had been neglected and the floors, ceiling fans and stoves needed a good clean. We also felt there should have been a compendium available with instructions on how to operate things such as the TV, dishwasher and induction cooktop (which we found after much frustration) would only work if the correct cookware was used. A window & blind were broken in one bedroom & the light switch did not work and there was no wardrobe or chest of drawers available in bedroom 5 to hang any clothes. However we raised these concerns with the property owner who was very apologetic and kindly offered a refund for our troubles. He thanked us for our feedback which he said was helpful and that maintenance would be carried out soon. Aside from all the negatives, we did enjoy our stay, the spectacular scenery from the large balconies, the spaciousness of the house and the coastal walk access from our back gate.
