Stayed Jun 22, 2026Air condition in master bedroom, the pump, was extremely loud when it came off & on. Not enough seating in the living/dining area for tv watching…Could have used another comfy chair in living area. There were 4 of us. Too many for just a couch. Dining chairs for family time to watch tv were not comfortable. Pictures showed another large chair. Someone talked thru the outside camera while we were on the outside deck in Spanish……we did not appreciate that….my husband had to tell them to stop….we felt like our privacy was being invaded….Especially when there were two minors on the deck with us….House was clean….

Stayed May 20, 2026Great location for a Keys vacation! Clean house and quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to Sunset Beach—beautiful sunsets!! There is a lot to do in Marathon and it’s an easy drive to Key West or north to Islamorada or Key Largo.

Stayed May 13, 2025My adult daughter and I do a road trip each year. This year, my mom wanted to tag along, so we've got 3 generations with all different quirks and preferences thrown into one vacation. This home was perfect for us. 2 bedrooms, 3 beds, 2 baths. VERY spacious, beyond clean and comfortable. Within walking distance to a little nook of a beach that had some gorgeous sunsets. Nice, flat, quiet neighborhood. Right up against the water - not the beach, but canals. If you're looking for a wild party atmosphere, this ain't it. If you're looking to relax, to enjoy the outdoors, and to be centrally located in the Keys, this is it. Frank was great - luckily, we didn't have any issues, but I know he was available at a moments notice in case we did. I will happily stay here again if the opportunity presents itself. Thank you for a great stay!!
