The house was perfect for our family. It was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked, and the common areas were very comfortable. The deck and lawn were great for being outdoors, and the pool was wonderful. It is close to Mother's Beach which we have been visiting for 35 years. Being able to walk there was an added bonus.

This location was absolutely amazing! The perfect spot for the whole family, including kids and husbands! The walk to the beach was not only easy but incredibly scenic and peaceful.Kennebunkport was just a short, beautiful drive away, and it was also an ideal base for a day trip up to Acadia, or Portland which my family and I really enjoyed.The pool and hot tub were a big hit-relaxing and exactly what we needed. The house itself was perfect: spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped for a group.Our host, Stephanie, was wonderful. I had a package that was delivered after we left and she went out of her way to make sure I received it and even helped ship it back home! Such a lifesaver and so appreciated.10/10 experience. Would highly recommend for a relaxing, fun, adventurous getaway!

Nice walk to the beach! Pool and hot tub great for all of us. My husband and I and two daughters with their families enjoyed the week! Plenty of room for the 10 of us! The crib was convenient for our baby granddaughter!

Size was great for our family of 10.Close to the things we wanted to take in and the 5 min. Walk to the beach was wonderful. Having a pool and hot tub was a real plus.

We had such a fantastic trip! The house is lovely and even better than Stephanie described it! Stephanie was super communicative and provided all sorts of information about the area too! It rained the whole weekend but we still found plenty to do. Love the area and can't imagine a more perfect home! It was clean and tidy, filled with attractive seaside decor and all of the amenities we could ask for! Thank you, Stephanie!

We had 6 adults and 3 kids and there was plenty of space for all of us. There was a travel crib provided and also a crib in one of the rooms which we really appreciated. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. We loved the short walk to the beach and the large backyard with hot tub. The host was very responsive as we had questions about some things throughout our stay.

My family enjoyed a wonderful vacation in Kennebunk, Maine. Part of what made this vacation so enjoyable was this property. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub after a day at the beach and after touring Kennebunkport. The kitchen was fully equipped with what we needed to prepare and serve meals. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend this property to anyone considering a vacation in the Kennebunkport area.

We had 7 adults and 4 young children. The house was great and the pool terrific. The weather the week of our stay had several days of rain and the common areas in the house grid get small. Mother’s beach is a short walk down the road. We had a problem with the dishwasher although the owner was not able to get it fixed while we were there he was very responsive. We would totally consider staying here again.

This is our 5th year doing a family beach vacation and we had another wonderful time! The grandkids absolutely loved the pool, spending hours swimming and playing. It was just a short walk to Mother’s Beach, where we enjoyed the ocean and nearby playground. The accommodations were excellent – we had what we needed, and we loved the deck off the back where we had barbeques and a lobster clambake. Sea Road’s Charm provided us with another great family beach vacation.

We had a large group (6 adults and 6 kids), yet still managed to fit comfortably at this home. The yard, pool and hot tub were HUGE pluses. The property is very clean and well maintained. Stephanie was incredibly responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to be just a minute or two out of downtown Kennebunkport and only seconds to the beach!
