Keauhou Kona Surf and Racquet Club, Townhouse #5

Our family had a great time vacationing at this rental. We spent so much time on the lanai. The townhouse is an end unit and a public beach is right next door, which is great to access for viewing the sun rise and set. The view of the ocean from the master bedroom is amazing. We will miss falling asleep to the crashing waves and waking up to a beautiful view. The location is perfect jumping off point for getting around the island. The community is well taken care of, with very clean, nice pool, and tennis courts. There is a viewing area that has steep cliffs that are beautiful Additionally, grocery shopping, restaurants, and other shops are in close proximity for easy convenience.

Location, Location, Location! You can't ask for better. Corner unit, just a few steps away from the sand with the sound of ocean waves to lull you to sleep. A morning cup of coffee on the lanai is remarkable. The town of Kona is only a few short miles away... with more sand beaches to choose from. Shopping and excellent restaurants are all around! Sally (the host) was very responsive to our few issues (nothing major). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this townhouse.

We stay at The Surf & Racquet Club and have enjoyed several townhouses. This is another great one.

The location was amazing! Steps from the beach and an easy walk to the snorkeling beach. Out of the crowds in town but easy to get everywhere and near stores. Layout was perfect for family with two teen/young adult kids. Unit was well stocked with everything you need. Host was great to work with and super helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The townhouse was perfect. The location of being the end unit where you can walk out to the beach was awesome. Sitting on the lanai watching sunset was perfect. Check in/out easy, and was sent message on day of checkin that unit was available before the actual check in. That was so nice!! Thank you for sharing your home away from home!!

The star of our trip to the big island was our accommodation. It was wonderful to sit on the lanai and watch the ocean and beautiful sunsets. The sound of the waves was hypnotic. Thanks so much.

Absolutely beautiful location, literally a few steps to ocean, complete with sunsets, turtles, fish, ocean breezes. The location was close to Kealakekua Bay, one of our favorites, & shopping up the hill. We used the tennis courts, pool, all in great condition.The unit is totally furnished with everything you need from beach towels, chairs to a well equipped kitchen for cooking meals vs eating out. Thank you Sally for your townhouse #5!We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & hope to return.

Very cooperative owner and easy to contact! Well stocked supply of cooking utensils, spices and even some wine left in the fridge! Went for girls only Mother’s Day ( I am 69) daughter 41 and 38. We had a fabulous time, would love to come back with husband at some point. Loved having our breakfast smoothie on the back porch listing and seeing the ocean.

Amazing Ocean View! Great place and easy access to everything. House was equipped with all the tools needed. Would definitely stay again.

The pictures don't do it justice! This is a nicely updated and tastefully decorated townhouse just a few steps from the ocean. You can't find anything closer! It has all necessary amenities and then some! Our older son really enjoyed the boogie board. Thank you Sally for the hospitality of your house and for the dining and sightseeing recommendations!
