The online pictures truly do not do this property justice. From the moment we arrived, we genuinely felt at home. Every detail made us feel safe, comfortable, and well taken care of throughout our stay.Anytime we thought, “I wonder if they have this,” we would turn a corner and find it already available for us to use. From the extensive spice rack, the endless board game selection, life vests, and countless other thoughtful amenities we didn’t even realize we would need, everything was incredibly accommodating.One of our favorite parts was the dock access, which made it incredibly easy to launch kayaks into the water. It was also such a peaceful place to relax, where we were able to see manatees right from the dock and even dolphins swimming through the river. The wildlife surrounding the property was absolutely beautiful and made the experience even more special.The home itself was spotless, the bedding was extremely comfortable, and every room had its own charm and character. We especially loved the theater room, and the screened in back porch, which was the perfect relaxing hideaway no matter the weather. The decor is gorgeous and the aquatic spring-inspired theme throughout the home made us feel even more “immersed” in our trip. One recommendation that truly put the trip over the top was the “My Round Boat!” Go Boats note on the side of the fridge. I highly recommend it to any future guests staying here and they deliver right to dock!100000000000/10. We WILL be back!!

We had a wonderful time and loved staying at this property. It had everything we needed for a perfect family gathering on the river. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything we needed and every cabinet had labels so it was very easy to find things. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of extra pillows / blankets. All of the kayaks were awesome and we truly enjoyed paddling down the river. The teens loved the media room and we all enjoyed the extra games such a ping pong, ladder ball, and corn hole. The host was extremely responsive and has great attention to detail to ensure visitors feel at home. There were so many places to gather outdoors and enjoy the river view as well. It was perfect for our group and we will definitely be back for a future visit.

We absolutely loved this sweet slice of heaven! Honestly, I debated leaving a review because I don’t want it to be booked solid forever, but everyone deserves the chance to experience this little paradise.From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. The directions were clear, the grounds beautifully maintained, and even the stairs had railings (which we appreciated). Check-in was super easy with the provided instructions.The house itself was spotless, my kids played under the beds (as kids do), and came out dust-free! The layout is lovely, the kitchen is well-organized, and the foosball table was a great surprise tucked into the nook. The washer and dryer worked perfectly, there were plenty of towels, and huge closets with extra pillows—and even a twin mattress in each one!It comfortably sleeps 6, with a pull-out couch in the movie room that can sleep another 2 (though we never even made it to movie night—we were too busy having fun outside!).This place has everything for a full day on the river: kayaks, paddleboards, fishing poles, even swim noodles. We saw manatees and dolphins right off the dock, caught some bluegill, and spotted a blue crab!We truly can’t wait to return. Thank you, Carolyn, for sharing your slice of heaven with us!

Perfectly placed on the Weeki Wachee river and loaded with everything you need to enjoy the water. We enjoyed everything about this rental. The owner was very nice and accommodating. We will visit here again!

We had a fantastic time here! The place was spotless upon arrival, beautifully decorated, and spacious. Perfect for our large family of nine. The theater room was the kids favorite and doubled as a bedroom which was awesome. There was a perfect amount of kayaks as well, and the shaded dock, and screened porch was a plus. We saw lots of turtles and a few manatees right off the dock as well.The child loved the amount of towels.The host was very friendly and responsive, making check in and out super easy. The place is perfect for a large family or group of people. I will definitely recommend to anyone.

We loved the Little Springs Retreat. Everything you could imagine or need was supplied. There was body wash and shampoo/conditioner in both bathrooms. Hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, trash bags, basic cleaning supplies even bug spray. Also everything you need outside to enjoy the springs. Paddle/kayak, paddles, life jackets, floats, lots of out door seating and a ping pong table. Our stay was very comfortable and accommodating. You do have to paddle a little to reach the clear water, but it’s not bad. If you don’t want to paddle, there’s a little round boat service that will bring a motorized float to explore on. Well worth it especially for the grand parents. We saw manatees each day (high tide), turtles and a few non venomous snakes. We ate at a few nearby restaurants, the Upper Deck and Cody’s steak house. Both were very good, but must do is Tipacanoe creamery. Best icecream ever! Homemade daily. We loved it here and would definitely rent again.

Recently traveled as one family of a large group renting several Weeki houses on the same street. The little Spring Retreat was my favorite of all of the houses! The layout and amenities were so perfectly set up for a family to enjoy. Location was perfect. And the host is the best. So informative and responsive. We loved our time spent here and would absolutely revisit!

My family and my friends family had a wonderful stay. The location was great and the home was just perfect for all of us. Our 8 year old boys LOVED the theater and the water pad. There were so many kayaks to use and the shed was filled with all that you need. We will definitely be back.Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. We made wonderful memories!

Right on the canal that leads to weeki wachee, one of Florida's most beautiful springs. Check in was simple management near property for any reason. You will not need anything, the home is so thoughtfully stocked! More than most. The kayaks are so convenient there is a ramp to the water for ease of launch. This property is on a canal so it's a little more private and just a short paddle to the main river. Crystal clear waters and fun folks along the way.
