Just steps to the beach! Great ocean views! 8bdrm, 6bath private pool!

An extended family group of 15 persons, including four kids, spent 8 nights at this property in mid-April, celebrating one of the persons' birthday. We could not be happier about the property condition, amenities, and location. The smooth stay and the only help we requested from the host made this stay one to remember for a long time. Some good things: - The beach is right across the street. - The two dishwashers made our stay easier. - The ample bedrooms and multiple bathrooms were great for our stay. - The entertainment room was great for our celebration. - The views were outstanding. - The swimming pool area is excellent to spend some time. - The kitchen is very well stocked with all we needed to prepare meals. - The laundry room is fantastic. - Internet works well for those who needed to telework.

We loved the location, as well as the accommodations. We were able to fit all family members comfortably. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was good. Thank you!

Location, location, location! Couldn’t ask for more convenience to Sandbridge Beach. House itself was as described, could stand a deep clean but nothing that was a dealbreaker. Honestly the fact that the baseboards could use a paint job made me relax about having kids there. Loved the sizable kitchen and eating area and the upstairs was the perfect hang space for games/movies. Pool was fun when you needed a sand break. Communication with managers was top notch. We struggled with slow wifi and TV interruption, ran a speed test and it was really low even after several reboots, but since we were there for fun and sun it wasn’t a big deal. Just a good heads up if you truly need fast/reliable WiFi. So if you’re looking for a casual home with prime location perfect for a big group this could be the place for you!

The house was beautifully laid out and stocked with so many things we needed to enjoy a beachfront property. There were two minor things that weren’t up to standard but otherwise it was an exceptional stay.

We had an amazing stay at this home! It was absolutely ideal for our extended family vacation. The layout was perfect, giving everyone their own space to relax while still allowing us to gather comfortably for meals and quality time together.The location couldn’t have been better, right across from public beach access, which made it super easy to pop over for morning walks, afternoon swims, and sunset views. We had a small issue with the lock keypad, but the host was incredibly responsive and had it resolved quickly.The home was clean, well-stocked, and clearly designed with guests in mind. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a spacious, well-located beach retreat!

I can't say enough good things about our stay. The house is great for a large party, with a large kitchen/dining area and plenty of bedrooms - we had 15 and still had a couple empty beds. Awesome pool area and the beach access is right across the street - it's literally as good as beach front without being beach front. The owners are great too and even stopped by when we had an issue as small as a tv remote not working, and I'm not afraid to say it was actually operator error on my part!Thanks again for a great week at Sandbridge!

We had a week long trip together at a wonderful spot that allowed a group of 10 ranging in age from 3 1/2 to 62 plenty of room to get together and still have space to separate when some quiet time was needed.

We loved the huge (8 bdrm) spacious house where everyone could spread out. Two entertainment areas for kids movies and older interests. Gorgeous views of the ocean and walking access right across the street. Beautiful pool. Helped make the week memorable.

With two adults and 16 high school seniors, this house was perfect! Enough big spaces to gather but enough smaller spaces to get away from the group. The pool was great and the location perfect.

My friends and I stayed at Pinch Me while visiting Virginia Beach for a golf trip. The house was incredible, the bedrooms were great and there was lots of fun to be had. I especially loved the screened in patio. What a great home for families and friends. Thanks for having us.

There were 17 of us 8 adults and 9 children. The house was perfect! Plenty of beds and bathrooms and enough space for the kids to play. Beautiful sunrises and amazing beach a path away to enjoy or with a cup of coffee on one of the decks! We had a great week none of us wanted to leave!The best stocked kitchen in any other place that we’ve stayed. My only recommendation is more towelsAnd wash cloths needed for large groups. Thank you!

Pinch me was perfecto to accommodate my friends and family. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their space and the teens were easily entertained, playing pool and foosball. The house had a fully equipped kitchen, which made entertaining easy.

This is one of the cleanest and well equipped homes I have ever rented. The description and pics are completely accurate. Beds were comfy. Kitchen laid out well. Easy to communicate with the host and very responsive. Views incredible from inside and outside. Location was awesome - literally 60 steps and you are putting your beach chair down. SOO easy to come back and forth to the home. The decks offered beautiful views of the ocean and sunsets. I would 1000% rent this property again. 2 notes: if you have older adults who can't do stairs - this home would be challenging because the kitchen is on the 2nd floor. There are good handrails on the stairs and the stairs are very wide. Also be sure that everyone wears shoes outside - there are little burs on the ground (not around the pool) just in the sand/dirt that surrounds the home. I have stayed in Virginia Beach proper at the Strip - NEVER AGAIN! Sandbridge is a terrific location! There is a little grocery store for common items and wine/beer. Food Lion/Harris Teeter are 4 miles away -about 10 min. Instacart delivers from Costco too! And if you are looking for a church - Sandbridge Community Church is walkable and Pastor Saunnie Butts is a great preacher and the community there is very welcoming.

The house was very well equipped and clean. Even though it's not oceanfront, beach access is very easy - walk out the front door, cross the street, and your on the path to the beach. The host was very responsive and polite. We would definitely stay there again.

Great sized house with plenty of room for everyone. Host responded quickly to any questions we had. Highly recommend. Super close to beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pinch Me. The location right across from the beach was so convenient. We loved the view out the kitchen windows and time spent on the decks. Pool area was awesome! The only downside for our group was older family members had a difficult time with the stairs, and no living room area on main level. It is set up nicely though for family groups to have space in different areas of the house.

The house was wonderful and location is great. The wifi was spotty and the water pressure was quite low, at least on the bottom floor, but nothing that negatively impacted the trip. Host was very responsive.

This is our second time staying at pinch me. We love the locate and the house. It is perfect for our large family. I would pick to stay there again! My only complaint is the bathrooms were not very clean. There was hair in the showers and sink.
