Stayed Jul 5, 20255 stars. Everything as advertised (if not, better). House is in impeccable condition with everything you need and then some. Great location. Relaxing dinners on the upper deck off the living room and kitchen, with your favorite tunes playing on the Sonos inside and out. Amazing sunsets from the rooftop deck, also with your tunes playing on the Sonos :) Kids completely occupied in the basement game room on our one rainy day. Weber grill out back. Huge outdoor shower. Plenty of beach gear if you don’t bring your own or need extra. Outstanding host. Great communication. Super friendly. Have been coming to LBI for over 20 years. Would definitely rent again.

Stayed Jul 6, 2024We had an amazing week in Beach Haven at this beautiful house. The garage was a big hit with the family as it is set up as a game room. It has a pool table, ping pong and other guys that the family (myself included) enjoyed playing. Owner was very responsive to our questions. House was in perfect condition. We could walk to the beach and the bay. Plenty of room for all to stay. I would highly recommend this house.

Stayed Aug 14, 2021Excellent location is made even better with the panoramic rooftop views! Property is well equipped with anything you might need from a fully stocked kitchen to the game room, bikes, outdoor games and beach badges. Beautiful home! They have thought of everything!

Stayed Aug 7, 2021We had a great stay and the owner was a pleasure to work with. short 5 minute walk to the beach and house has everything we needed for adults and small kids. cooked in most nights and kitchen was nicely equipped. outdoor grill was outstanding

Stayed Jul 31, 2021Rented this house with my in-laws, wife, and kids...great location, quick walk to the beach and bay. Near some restaurants but not much, a lot of places you want to go are just a quick drive away though. Very clean, owner very communicative, and the house is prepped with everything you need for a beach vacay. My only critique is the elevator is a little wonky...other than that I give this a 5/5.
