Our stay here in the historical duplex was great! We ended up staying in the 1 bed room unit, as we were just a couple. No problem, the owners refunded the difference for the smaller unit before we even checked out. The unit has been completely remodeled after they purchased it with beautiful furnishings & decor. Couldn't hear anything thru the walls from the other unit. Communication was great, they were there when we got there, just to clarify the parking and which unit we would be staying in. Parking in the back of the house is best with plenty of room, just a little tricky to find it after dark, the back entry is straight behind on the other side of the block. I hope to return to their home again while my son is in college in Prescott! Would recommend this house to anyone looking for quiet neighborhood with privacy, close to historic downtown Prescott. So much better then the chain hotels located further out of town!

The house is very nice, clean, and cozy. The location was excellent. Unfortunately, we were there one night and had to leave because of a family emergency.

This was the perfect location just a quick walk downtown to Whiskey Row. We enjoyed our stay we will definitely be back. We fell in love with Prescott.

Great property; good location. Picture looks like house is 'street level' but actually not--a little challenge for people with walking difficulties (spouse). However, there is parking behind in alley which helped. Handy to everywhere we wanted to go. Old Historical home which has been nicely updated.

I have stayed a few times before, really enjoyed myself. Walking distance to downtown. Owners very kind and courteous always willing to help. Thank you! See you next year

Truly love this house downtown! So cute and clean. Lots of little extra details like full ice trays, snacks, coffee, a useful things to do in Prescott and more! Definitely coming back.

Had a quick girls only trip and this house was perfection. Decor was so cute and welcoming. Location was perfect. Communication was quick. We didn’t have any issues and will most definitely stay here again!

Only problem is we tried to get into 311 before we realized the entrance was around the corner.

This was the perfect place for us to stay for a week while visiting our daughter and family. Very clean, comfortable and easy access to downtown. This place had everything you'd need. Will consider staying here again in the future.Randy and Susan were great hosts and even checked in with us a few days into our stay!

11 day stay in Prescott. Experienced cold, snow and warm glorious sunshine. VRBO was perfect for me- clean, comfortable, 4 minute walk to restaurants, saloons and very close to hiking. Everyone I met was friendly and helpful when asked for opinions regarding hiking, golf and where to eat. My VRBO hosts were exceptional.

This cute cottage duplex is close to the square and in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our time here in Prescott. Great hiking trails, restaurants, and happy hour spots.

We wanted to stay close to the courtyard square, and this was on point. What a lovely place. We enjoyed our stay, walks, lights and oh yes the Donuts, just around the corner.

The entire downtown and extended area are walkable - we simply parked when we arrived and didn't touch the car again until we left. I loved the hills - some gave a challenge but there were always ways to walk that weren't so challenging. The property is very cozy and has the charm of an early 1900's home, with all the modern features one would look for. The bathroom was phenomenal and the office / 2nd bedroom was great for working. We highly recommend Raven and El Gato Azul... we fell in love with those two places!

We were in town for a celebration at the Hassayampa Inn. This property is conveniently located near the square and the owners were very accommodating. I’d stay here again and highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful visit but it was unseasonably cold when we arrived. The location was wonderful. The entire house was decorated nicely and equipped with everything we wanted during our visit. We loved the snow in Prescott. Unfortunately, given the extreme cold, we couldn't regulate the heat in the smaller bedroom. It was blasting with heat or too cold. Each night, I thought if I managed the situation better by setting the temp differently or turning on the fan, it would be ok. So, we didn't report this to the owner. If I had reported it, I feel certain they would have addressed it. I will stay at this vrbo again as long as it isn't in the dead of winter.
