Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 9 people in the house and it was a great size. Love the location! So easy to walk to the beach or to the shops. House had tons of beach toys, chairs, even beach umbrellas. The private pool and hot tub was a big hit with all of us. We also loved the sandwiches and service at Eventide Restaurant. I would definitely recommend this house.

Check-in was frustrating as we were overlooked being notified and had to reach out to the company to get in well into the evening. We spent the first full day cleaning up trash that was left around the pool area and the the grill. The house had some maintenance issues that needed to be addressed. The company was quick to address the maintenance issues when we notified them. The recent updates to the house were great but would recommend updating the pictures on the 1st floor. Our family had a great week.

We loved the fact that you could walk to shopping, restaurant, abc store and the beach. The additional amenities of schooner ridge are of great value.

Not only was the lady who gave us the keys unfriendly, we were treated as if we were bothering her and she was doing us a favor. It would have also been nice if we were told ahead of time, or at least notified, that landscapers were going to be there TWO full days! The drive way (both ends) was blocked and we couldn't get our vehicle out! Again, the house was great! The location was perfect! The management was not. If this house were with a different agency, I'd recommend it...

A little further from the beach than we wanted but only a 5 minute walk.

Even the others vacationers admired and commented on how beautiful it was. I would have loved for the cost for the heat in the pool to be presented when I initially made the reservation, but I enjoyed myself nonetheless.

Same 6 adults switched up the bedrooms this year, no complaints!!! The pool and yard are to die for !!! We spent a lot of time out back, enjoyed the pool to death! Had fun at the rec center as always and we have bragging rights to winning the corn hole tournament!!!! Haha
