The property was great and we would book again if we needed a spot in Chattanooga again! Everything was exactly as described. Parking was very easy and it's in a cute neighborhood. We needed to go to the convention center a lot - but it was an easy (less than ten minute) straight shot there!

This property is just simply amazing. Off the beaten path and a quiet area. The property was so clean, organized, and had everything you needed and more. The drive to Chattanooga, parks, and local gems is just a short distance - we didn't experience any issues with traffic which is always difficult when we travel typically. The host, Derek, is polite, communicative, and checked in during our stay to see if everything was ok and if we needed anything. The small touches and welcoming gift he provided made it even better. Our kids loved it and want to return. Highly recommend!

This home was amazing! It's in a quiet neighborhood that is still super convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. Derek made checking in and out so easy.

The host was very friendly and responsive. The home was clean and very well stocked. It being pet friendly was a huge help for us.

(Random thoughts) We enjoy the fire pit every night. I think this was my favorite thing. The neighborhood was family friendly. A lot of people were walking/running each evening & were friendly. The streets were well lit and very busy. Keep in mind there are about 5 steps to go from the sidewalk to the yard then about 14 more from yard up to the front porch so if you have mobility issues you may want to look for something else. We had no complaints at all regarding our stay. The kitchen appeared to have all you would need for cooking. There’s a huge tv in the LR. Plenty of furniture on the front porch for enjoying time outside. And the house is located close to a lot of things to do in Chattanooga but on a street that is quiet with all that’s going on.

This was an amazing property and very clean. It was a great location for all the activities we needed to get around to. Hosts were very attentive although they set things up so well we didn’t need to bug them with any issues. My only suggestion would be to add or supply bath mats for outside the showers in a tile floored bathroom. Otherwise, everything was lovely and I would recommend this property!

This property was just as advertised, clean and comfortable. A great walkable neighborhood for the dog, awesome pet friendly coffee shop at the end of the street, games for the family. It offered our local teen boarders a place to hang out with our dog away from the dorms and watch college football while we visited them this weekend. We all slept great and it will definitely be a property we return to on future trips.

Mostly good. Was told the house was beige with a blue door. It was green with an orange door. A few steps meant 15 steps. Next time I know to ask about steps for a one story house.

Cutest, most comfy place we’ve stayed in a long time! The house was well stocked, very clean, very safe neighborhood. Couldn’t have asked for a better place in Chattanooga. Host was attentive and informative. Definitely a place we’d book again when we come back to Tennessee!

I was very happy with this property and the detailed attentiveness of our host. The property was exactly as described and very conveniently located in a nice quiet neighborhood. There was a grocery store within five minutes and it was less than 15 minutes from the aquarium and downtown Chattanooga. It was well stocked with all the basic essentials and very comfortable!!

Dereks place was better than expected. The home was clean and had everything we needed. The weather didn't cooperate but the fire pit area was absolutely precious! The neighborhood was very quiet, quaint and close to many things. We would 1000% stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and comfortable. Felt like we were staying with a friend. It rained the first day we were there but there was plenty of dry wood to enjoy a fire that evening. We all commented on the abundance of extra thick and soft bath towels. Nicely decorated house with fresh linens. Enjoyed the outdoor firepit and the big TV. Thoughtful things made a difference in this stay such as the coffee station. The beds were comfortable. Convenient location to the sights of Chattanooga with the privacy and safety of a nice neighborhood. Not on a busy street so you don’t get a lot of road noise.

This lovely home exceeded expectations and was an absolute pleasure to stay in while in TN working!! The details and amenities provided gave that special touch and made my visit just perfect! Looking forward to my next trip and will seek out this home for sure!!

Spent a few days here while visiting family. The house is in a great location. Northshore has great restaurants, is quiet, and is convenient to downtown. Derek is very attentive and checked in multiple times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. The firepit area was a great bonus.

The property was just as described in the listing. Clean and neat in a great and safe neighborhood close to everything. Derick was a great host who sent us everything we needed to know about check in and check out in advance of our trip. I really liked the fact that they provided paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap and conditioner. Most places just provide samples but Derick provided enough for the whole trip. Even coffee (both drip and K-cup) was provided. Great place - great host that I would highly recommend to anyone looking to visit Chattanooga.

Great 2 bedroom home close to everything Chattanooga has to offer! The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped for any culinary endeavor, and the host provides a perfect supply of shower and bathroom essentials, fluffy towels, soft sheets, spices, and laundry supplies. The home is very cozy and has a great outdoor space. My husband and I are in our 60's and we had no issues with anything. We will definitely rent this home again when we visit our son in Chattanooga next time. Everything was perfect! Derek is a great host.

Great location, quaint home

Extremely clean and cozy, from the throw blankets by the couch to the extra large and soft towels for the shower. Neighbors are super friendly and we felt safe the whole time. We can't wait to visit again next year.

This 2 bedroom home was clean and well supplied, including coffee. Great location and several restaurants within a few miles. Il Primo, Italian, a short walk. While some stairs, the front porch and backyard fire pit more than made up for that inconvenience.

This gem of a house is a cute, older model cottage in a revitalizing, trending neighborhood of Chattanooga! We didn’t spend any time there except at night to play cards and go to bed: me and my twin sister plus our stepfather who wanted to ride a train “while he still could” - precious, priceless memories made.

We usually stay in a hotel, but I will say this was a wonderful place for our first VRBO. The cottage was the perfect size. There were 2 couples. Our host Derek was the best. The only minus was it stated ‘a few stairs’ and there were quite a few. We are all over 60, and made it quite fine but would have probably found another place.
