Stayed Jul 31, 2025Several things to keep in mind with this unit. First and foremost - the so-called sleeper sofa isn't exactly a sleeper sofa. It's a hard hard couch with a hard back cushion to fold down. There is not true fold out sofa - it's a couch. We were pretty disappointed due to the inaccurate listing details. Several lamps were dysfuntional and not usable. The refrigerator begin leaking at the bottom of the frig and large puddles of water. The service people turned off the water supply so no more ice or water from the frig. Goodnight people were responsive - but I spent time for 4 days having to contact them for various issues. And just a note about the parking - although there is a designated spot for the condo unit, sometimes not available. Location is great and walkable. Nice park directly behind the building. Lovely pool.

Stayed Apr 16, 2025Loved our stay! Clean, quiet and in a great location. Would have loved an oven glove, drying cloth for dishes and a kettle but these were minor things. Will 100% stay here again

Stayed Apr 4, 2025My family was in town for my daughter's performance at Belmont. The location was perfect: walking distance from the Parthenon and Centennial park, and a short drive away from Belmont. The place was comfortable, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. I had to call for some help, and was able to get in touch with someone immediately. It was also nice having parking available. We would stay here again.

Stayed Dec 2, 2024Condo was exactly as advertised on VRBO. Up & coming neighborhood, safe well lit parking lot, Very Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, clean & decorated nicely. Security knocked on my door during stay as I had dropped my purse and it was left in hallway for about an hour. Dwayne, building security was professional and kind. We would love to stay here again.

Stayed Aug 23, 2024House itself was great! Very updated and clean. We loved the location and the pool was very nice and refreshing! Didn’t have the extra paper towel and toilet paper the listing said, so we had to buy toilet paper, but did get more towels when asked! Respond time could be a little quicker, but overall we’re very nice and accommodating!

Stayed Jul 22, 2024Son had to have heart surgery. This condo was very comfortable. Only negative the Master bedroom window had blinds that did not block light & curtains did not close completely. So everyone was up by 5:30am. That can & should be remedied for guest comfort.

Stayed Jul 14, 2024This property does not sleep 6 as listed. The couch does not convert into a double bed. We tried to contact the property manager as soon as we noticed this. We were unable to get a resolution that night and had to wait until the morning to speak to someone. We were provided a blow up bed. After paying for the unit a decent price we were stuck with a blow up bed. We also found ants in the living room. We bought ant spray and left it under the sink for other guests to know what to expect. We were also only given 4 bath towels, 4 hand towels, and 4 wash clothes even though we had 6 people on the reservation. Again we had to call For more. Overall for the price, I expected a lot more. I expected enough beds for my entire family to sleep in (not blown up bed), expected there not to have any bugs, and expected there to be enough towels for every person. No we will not stay here again and no we will not recommend.

Stayed Jul 3, 2024We had a fantastic stay in this Vrbo in Nashville. The condo was a very nice size, very roomy and extremely clean. The kitchen was well equipped with many modern appliances. It was wonderful to have the two bedroom with the two baths. It made it extremely easy to share. The beds were very comfortable. The location was also perfect. We used either Uber or Lyft and the average cost of the rides were less than $10. All in all I felt that the owner did a great job communicating the information I would need. I would highly recommend this Vrbo!!
