Mitchell, South Dakota
The living room, dining room and kitchen are all open, which makes for a nice. The open room on the first floor makes for a nice common pace for people to hangout with each other. Out the back door is a patio area where you can enjoy the weather outside. I have a few short stays in these townhouse. This gives a large group the ability to rent more than one space very close to each other.

My group had a great stay at the townhome. The host was very quick on responses and very friendly! The townhome was very clean and a great place to stay. Highly recommend!
The house was very comfortable, clean, and easy to get to. Highly recommended.
Everything was comfortable and was perfect with dogs. Only problem was the grass area in the back was full of burrs so beware if bringing pets. Otherwise everything was wonderful! Will stay again
Perfect place to stay while attending a wedding.
This townhome was PERFECT for most of our softball team who attended state softball. We were able to gather and stay in the same location which gave us a better bond and more time with each other.
Nice spot not too far off the highway so it was great to stop on a long road trip! Cute place and very clean, lots of places to eat nearby.
We had a great 2 month stay in the townhome. Spacious rooms with plenty of bed options, open feel and comfortable. Great location, just minutes to whatever brings you to Mitchell. Have already recommended to others and would definitely stay here again.
The only issue that I found with the property is the counter in the kitchen. The formica is coming off around the edges. In places the top near the edge also seems to be coming off. We had to be careful not to pull it off accidentally which we would then have to pay to repay. Also, in the past I could just send the manager a text. Now I have to communicate thru VRBO which means remembering another password. Which I forgot and had to recreate. Otherwise, the stay was very enjoyable and the manger very helpful. Plan on staying there next year.
Very roomy townhouse that is excellent for any guest staying overnight or for an extended time in Mitchell. Close to everything in Mitchell and located in a quiet mixed residential/industrial neighborhood. I love that these townhouses are pet friendly and the units are very well kept and homey. I have stayed at the various units multiple times and overall been pleased with the accommodations, the only improvement would be a little better kitchen cleanliness. Host is very communicative and helpful.
Loved our stay! Will definitely book again. Destiny was Great!
Townhouse complex is in a transitioning neighborhood, with some construction nearby and a mix of older and newer houses, mobile home park, commercial property. Quiet location. Close to I-90, coffee shops, restaurants, a dog park, and the Corn Palace. Spacious, open areas including kitchen, dining and living space. Good place to congregate. Bedrooms upstairs made it easy for everyone to have their own space and we really liked the 2.5 baths. Large 2car garage and ample parking in front of the townhouse. Pleased we could have our dogs stay with us. Like any townhouse, back yard area is small and patios weren't very private. Fortunately there is a construction lot next door for walking the dogs, and a dumpster at the back of the lot made disposing their waste convenient. We wish the townhouse had been cleaner. There were wipe marks on the surfaces and mirrors which made it feel dirty or at best, carelessly cleaned. We bought our own cleaning materials as there really weren't any in the townhouse. Pillows did not have any bedbug or protective coverings and did not smell the best. The beds were OK. The bed we were sleeping in had broken slats. It was very hot the day we arrived (95°+), and it was difficult to keep the bedrooms cool. Found that the vents were closed and beds placed over them, so we rearranged the beds to allow airflow. We think the door code stays the same for each guest, so that had us worried about security. We followed the checkout policy: strip the beds and leave in hallway (found out the mattresses were heavily stained), load and start dishwasher, garbage in dumpster, clean up after pets (we wanted to vacuum, but couldn't find one). We were in town for a wedding, and there wasn't an iron or ironing board, so we asked one of our family members to bring those with them as they were arriving a day later. Fam member brought clean towels for us too. Overall, the unit we stayed in was pretty great and we were excited when we first arrived. We wish it had been cleaner and felt more secure. Ultimately, we checked out early.
This town home seemed brand new. Everything was in excellent condition and looked amazing. The neighborhood was quiet and we heard no one else the entire time we stayed there. We have a large family, and we loved having bedroom space to spread out as well as three bathrooms! The upstairs got pretty warm at night, but there were fans in two of the rooms which helped. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and had fun checking out the Corn Palace and the Indian Archeological Dig site in town. We also traveled to Sioux Falls one day for the zoo and Falls Park, and then another day to De Smet for the Ingalls Homestead. It was about 45-60 min drive to both locations, which was very doable. The price on this rental was excellent!
