    Kat was great and easy to communicate with. We even talked on the phone when I was making the reservation.This was a very lovely, quiet, and well-equipped condo set in beautiful grounds. The kitchen has everything you need--plenty of spices, dishes, pans, and small appliances. Also has lots of beach items like chairs, boards, umbrellas, etc. Kat's notebook has LOTS of information about her place and the area. Read it!It was so nice to have a place so convenient to many restaurants, shopping and beaches. A favorite beach was A-Bay just a couple of miles away by car. We did have a rental car, which allowed us to drive all over. Several places to visit-- Place of Refuge (a National Historic Park), Hapuna Beach, the little town of Hawi, Waipio Valley and the town of Honoka'a. Take a stroll through the Hilton Resort right next to the condo to see the dolphins. For groceries, drive up the road to Waikoloa Village. It's where the locals shop for more variety than the Market in Queen's Shopping mall. We will definitely go back and hopefully can rent Kat's place again.

    This place is absolutely amazing- it’s private, supa clean and comfortable. Easy walk to the pools. Watched folks golf across the green belt in the morning. A/C works great. The dishwasher stopped working, and it was repaired in a timely manner. Owners are very responsive and helpful. We will plan to stay here again!

    We had a wonderful stay! The condo was great and we loved the layout with having a master upstairs with a bathroom and the teenagers downstairs. We appreciated our host and how easy they were to communicate. We also loved all the amenities that came with our stay. We want to come back to the big island and book our stay here!

    This property worked great for our family of four. Communication with the host was great. Kat is very responsive to any questions and had many helpful tips about things to do in the area. Loved the close proximity to Queens & Kings market. Many fun and beautiful beaches in the area and an easy drive to Kona. Beautiful golf course. Quiet neighborhood. Loved the option of using boogie boards, beach umbrella, snorkel equipment and tennis rackets, although we did not use them. We did use the cooler, which was very handy. Felt safe in a community with gated entry & exit. Unit is a short walk to the pool & clubhouse. Grills are right across the street and convenient. The A/C only goes to 72 degrees. I was worried about this but the temperature was very comfortable and we stayed cool while we were at the condo. We had a large SUV so we did not park it in the garage, but the units assigned parking space is steps from the unit and we probably would have used the outdoor space even if our vehicle fit in the garage. We entered and exited through the garage so we didn’t have to wear our dirty shoes in the unit. The unit has two blow dryers, condiments, coffee grounds, spices, trash bags, and all sorts of pans, utensils, and kitchen supplies. Thank you!

    Great location and property, we enjoyed our stay very much, fresh fruit upon arrival was a nice touch, hosts were very responsive to our questions, highly recommend. The way the beds are listed caused confusion as I was filtering for three bedroom properties but this one only has two.

    Easy access to pool, beaches and other areas of interest. House was well furnished with plenty of dishes, pans, and other cooking needs. Beach toys beach chairs, beach towels were offered! Loved this place and definitely plan on returning in the future!

    We had the best time here in beautiful Waikoloa. The Hale Pele was as exactly as described in the listing and photos. Kat was wonderful to work with and quick to respond to our questions. We are a family of 6, ages 8-17 and our kids loved it here. The Townhome had everything we needed, spices, dishes, pans and Kona coffee provided, thank you! The kids loved all the close by shopping at Kings and Queens marketplace. On our beach days which was pretty much daily the home provided everything we needed; towels, bags, cooler (although we brought ours,) 4 boogie boards, snorkel gear, 4 chairs and tons of umbrellas to keep us shaded. We loved going to Hapuna and Kua Bay for our beach/boogie board days and A bay for Sunsets. You can see turtles on the left side of A Bay just past Lava Lava Beach club. Drinks at Lava Lava are amazing and their is live music there too . One day we explored the Island from Waikoloa to Kona, to Punalu'u bakery, Black Sands, Volcano National park and beautiful Hilo and Rainbow Falls. This Island truly is magically and there is so much more to see. This home and location is perfect for a couple or family. We would stay here again.

    We had a wonderful 10 day stay at Hale Pele. Clean and although connect condo/townhome, very quiet and private. Had everything we needed in the home. Very close to shopping at the King's and Queen's marketplace and just 30 minutes out of Kona. Wonderful beaches nearby on the South Kohala Coast and 20 minutes away from Waimea. Owners were quick and responsive to our questions and needs. We were out exploring the rest of the island and did not take advantage of Hilton's resort options.

    This property was amazing. The condo was clean and very organized. It was stocked and we enjoyed every moment. The lanai was great to sit at and have coffee in the mornings while watching the birds and golfers. I would recommend this place to everyone. Also Kat was terrific to communicate with. Can't say enough good about it.
