We loved our stay here! The place was beautiful with so much space. We especially liked the pool, patio and view in the back. Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets with a lot of nature. We had a family of cranes visit each day. The location was perfect. It is very central to get to anywhere in the villages. We went to 3 of the town squares on the golf cart with no issues. Wonderful place to stay!

Host communication was awesome and the house was great.

What a great vacation home and great location!! This house was amazing and honestly had absolutely everything we needed from beach towels, pots & pans, to pool toys. The house was beautiful and the beds were all super comfy. I wish the weather would have cooperated, but it’s Florida in December. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful house on golf course

The home was very clean and welcoming for us upon arrival. Information booklets were easily found and helpful. The cleaning crew did a great job leaving fans on to have us arrive to a comfortable temperature.This is a nice home, well located and worked out great for us.

Beautiful home in ideal setting on golf fairway!

My wife and I stayed at Davis's house for a week and absolutely loved it . The house is beautiful , and the outdoor pool and lanai area was outstanding . We spent most of our time out here . Beautiful views of the golf course , and pond . Lots of wildlife , birds , racoon , and an alligator. The villages has so much to do , and David's house was close to everything . We highly recomend

My family and I had a wonderful time at this home, spent a lot of quality family time by the pool and took advantage of all of the great golf and other activities at the Villages. The accommodations were clean and orderly, for the most part everything you need is there.

Magnificent pool home with huge kitchen and golf course view. House haa everything you need...a great golf cart and pool floaties and camp chairs. Don’t hesitate to book.

From the moment you open the front door you realize you landed in a special place. The house is spacious, clean and well stocked. Communication with David the property owner was easy. We stayed here almost two weeks and were sad to leave. It was very central to explore all that the Villages has to offer.

My family and I are repeat guests at this beautiful home. We love everything about this property and it feels like a home away from home. The spacious kitchen was perfect for those days when my family preferred to stay in for dinner. We all loved the pool and beautiful view of the golf course! David is an excellent host!

Great house in a great location. Central location with easy access to Brownwood, Sumter and Sawgrass. House, pool and furniture are clean and comfortable. Communication with David was quick and effective. Would definitely stay here again.

We just got back from spending a week (5/17-5/24/2025) and it was everything we could have imaged and more. The house was so beautiful. It is even prettier in person than in the photos. The rooms were large and thoroughly clean.There were five adults spending the week and there was plenty of room for all of us.The pool area was incredible. We would all have coffee in the morning outside watching the golfers go by. 4 out of 5 of us golfed more mornings. We played several championship courses and never had a problem booking a tee time.David (homeowner) was wonderful! He provided us with so much information about the house, golfing, restaurants, entertainment, etc. It made our vacation so relaxing and enjoyable.We would all recommend this property for anyone looking for an incredibly comfortable and enjoyable vacation! We are already planning another trip and want to stay here again!Thank you David!!!!

We loved our stay! The house is spacious, well stocked, clean and great location. We enjoyed relaxing on the lanai with the beautiful view of the golf course and pool. David is an excellent host!

Spacious home close to Brownwood Square, very clean and well maintained. Host was very responsive. Golf course views were a bonus.

We enjoyed our stay in the Village of Collier very much. House was awesome and the view is terrific. The location is central to everything you would like to do. Easy to get around to any location. Lots of activities should you choose to partake. Many great restaurants and music galore. Highly recommend!

Super location!

Beautiful neighborhood and pool. We arrived and there were no keys in lockbox. There was laundry left in the washer, no trash bags in the kitchen, master bedroom sheets were all patchy from the color coming out of them and the kitchen floor stained. Furniture had no support. We had to leave after 2 days due to hurricane Milton and were not offered any money back for the other 5 days. Very disappointed.

We stayed 7 nights & loved the house! Beautiful home! We spent a lot of time in the pool - which was wonderful! Home is located in a beautiful, quiet, & safe neighborhood. Golf course runs through the backyard which was fun to watch at times. We don’t golf, but did take the golf cart for a drive a couple times to check out the area that had golf cart paths. Could not ask for a better host - any questions we had - Dave responded very quickly. Then on our last day we had weather related flight delays & he was so understanding and allowed us extra time that day - so greatly appreciated that! Would recommend staying here 100%! Thank you again for everything you did and we loved our time at your home!

Great property best I have seen. Great location. Will definitely be a repeat tenant. I give it a 100 out of 100.
