This location was PERFECT to walk to beach, shopping/food, and the pool. The bunk room was a tad smaller than I anticipated but it worked perfectly for us. Not a lot of closet space and fridge space, but we didn’t need much room... just be aware of that when packing to come here. Love, love, love this little carriage house. We could have fit a person more comfortably. Location was my favorite part!

Julia's carriage house was exactly what we needed for a long weekend! The living room was a great space to hangout. Bedrooms didn't have much room besides the beds themselves, but for a long weekend this was exactly what we needed. And the location was perfect. Would love to stay here again!

We walked / rode bikes everywhere! Couldn't have picked a better location! We loved the cute carriage house as well, perfect size for the two of us on our babymoon!

This was the perfect place for me and my fiancé to stay for our trip to celebrate our engagement! The location is great and was bigger than other carriage houses I've stay in before in Rosemary. We would gladly stay here again!

Beach trip with teenagers

This is a nice property although very tight. The bedroom with 3 beds takes up 100% of that space so you end up with your luggage spread out in the living room. The driveway was gravel (most others in this neighborhood are not) which makes it difficult getting your luggage to and from the house. I tried to confirm if there were beach chairs or towels but received no answer so we bought them only to find out their were chairs. Our icemaker quit working and could not be fixed quickly but they supplied bagged ice for us. The bathroom looks bad compared to the rest of the house but if the flooring was replaced and the baseboard, it would look alot better. We were only supplied one washcloth per person for a 5 day stay and when we requested more we were told we would have to wash them. We couldnt even get to the washer & dryer because the tenants of the main house had their car pulled up all the way to them. One washcloth should not be the norm. We ran out of toilet paper and were told we would need to place an order with a grocery store for more. That seemed petty and unreasonable as we already had all of our groceries by then and I couldn't imagine placing a grocery order for just toilet paper. They were responsive but the policies in place prohibited them from being able to supply us with a roll of toilet paper. The house is nice and in general, comfortable. The community pool is very hot so no relief at all. A review of policies is warranted.

We got a chance to use the bikes and go to the pool too! Overall it was a great stay. Comfortably fit 3 of us + my baby! Would highly recommend
