JR's Place Under 5 minutes to Dreams Park or Cooperstown, game room

This house was perfect for our needs. It was just my sister and I so we spent all of our time on the main level because stairs aren't easy for her. Although we didn't use the lower level there was a very nice game room and another full bathroom and a washer and dryer down there. The back door led into the basement level, so that would have been a way to avoid the stairs if we needed to. As it was the main level was more than enough for us. There were three bedrooms, a full bathroom (with a handheld shower that we needed because my sister uses a shower chair), an eat-in kitchen and a living room. The front door even had a ramp leading up to it.

Great family atmosphere! We truly enjoyed our week long stay. Best area to stay when attending Cooperstown. Local pharmacy an stores around. Extremely friendly owner and surrounding families! Thank you for opening your home to our family during this stay!

Perfect place to stay for our little family

This is the perfect location between Dreams Park and Cooperstown, just a short 5-7 minute drive away! We really enjoyed walking on the mowed path next to the stream - so peaceful to listen to the rippling water and look at the wildflowers! My husband even caught a couple fish using the poles and tackle provided by the home owners. The grill was a nice bonus as well! We grabbed some steaks from the local butcher shop and grilled them up for dinner one night - delicious! The game room also provided some fun family competition - ping pong, foosball, air hockey and pool! We had a great week at JR's Place! Highly recommended for families with a kiddo playing a Dream Park!!

Great spot that is less than 10 minutes away from Dreams Park. All the amenities you could ask for. The game room is a nice spot for the kids.

The house was SUPER clean! Fishing poles and tackle boxes, coolers, grill, everything we needed. Wish we had a fire pit- but was still an amazing week!

JR's Place was a great place to stay while our son was playing at Dreams Park. The location is great, less than a 10 minute drive to the park. The house had everything that we needed. The outdoor space was awesome and so nice to sit down by the river for some peace and quiet after a day at the ballpark. Would definitely stay here again!!

We were blessed with a kind host family in an adjacent house, though we never saw them after the first day, knocking at their door! There was roaming grass and a beautiful creek that our younger son loved fishing at and running around when we had down time during a busy Cooperstown week. The house was comfortable with all the basics provided and then some. There were fishing poles, whiffle ball supplies, footballs and more for the outdoors with pool, ping pong and fuseball inside. The house was kept plenty cool with room specific air conditioners and was a comfy 3 bedroom that proved homey and relaxing. There was a tv in EVERY room to boot. We greatly appreciated the easy 10 min drive max to the ball fields and being in between these and Cooperstown! Thank you Hoag family!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at JR’s place. Clean, well-kept, and stocked with more amenities than we could use in a week. Would definitely stay there again.
