The house and location were absolutely perfect! We were bummed that there wasn’t any snow when we went but there was still plenty of things to do at the house with the game room, fire table, and hot tub. The house is gorgeous and extremely roomy. The host was also great and promptly responded to any of my messages! We will would love to come back.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! We had a group of six adults, but this place would have been incredible for kids!!! So many things to do. Massive game room, heated pool, bicycles, 2 hot tubs. Everything was super clean and I've never seen a vacation rental home so well stocked! We will definitely put this one on the list for a return visit.

Clean, well-managed property and house. Game room was a hit! Kitchen had everything and the outdoor kitchen was a nice option. Everything is covered in wildfire ash, but the smoke was only moderate. Some bedrooms are ready for replacement mattresses. No major complaints and everyone enjoyed the accommodations.

This is our second stay and we enjoyed it as usual. Unfortunately there was a wildfire nearby, leading to ash in the pool that was then unable to be used, which was the main reason we picked this property, so that was a bummer. We always enjoy the close proximity to town, game room, large kitchen for several of us cooking. Would recommend placing fans for white noise in the bedrooms and ensuring the pool can be covered to keep bugs and ash out. We hope to return again someday!

This house is very clean. The view from the pool is breathtaking and the water was warm. We had kids ages 6-22 with us and there was something for everyone to do. The drive into town and to the grocery store is short. Highly recommend! I hope that we get to come back!

Joyful Place offered my family so much -- pool, hot tubs, gym, game garage, biking, high-end grilling, firepit, outdoor lounging, etc. Super functional and comfortable home that feels tucked away in the mountains yet is very close to town, river activities, hiking, etc. Current listing undersells all it has to offer! Host was fantastic with communication and was gracious and creative in helping us solve a personal challenge we faced during our stay. We'd love to return in the future!

Great pool and bbq area cold ac in the house

We are a family of 6 and the house was as described. Tons for the kids to do and close to DT Leavenworth. It was very nice and rare in short term rentals to have a very well stoked kitchen with all you would meal prep. We look forward to returning!

Our family loved this house and property and echo the praises it's received from others: it's a spacious, clean, comfortable house with fully equipped kitchen, hot tub, and an amazing game room. Located in a quiet lovely area, but a short drive to downtown Leavenworth. We enjoyed skiing during the day and returning to this wonderful house to relax and enjoy fun in the game room. Would love to return and highly recommend.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would certainly consider staying again. Our main complaints would be that there was no fire pit available or outdoor furniture and the outdoor grill was borderline functional. Additionally, one of the pinball machines was broken and the air hockey table’s “rackets” were all broken. Lastly the layout of the home’s rooms are fairly odd. Like having to go through the master bed and bath to access the gym and game room areas. Again, overall we would consider staying again.

This house was spectacular for our extended family getaway with adult kids. The house is spacious and beautiful. Plenty of amenities. Very well stocked kitchen. Easy drive to town too. We loved it!

Right after New Year’s Day we drove over from Seattle and met up with family who drove from Idaho for a couple of nights in Leavenworth. We found our stay here to be very pleasant and the property is lovely. The space was decorated for the holidays and with all the snow outside we were in a perfect winter wonderland. The bed I slept in was extremely comfortable as well . I would definitely recommend this rental.

This home had plenty of room and activities for our family, in addition to being only a short drive from downtown Leavenworth. And, we especially appreciated the Christmas decorations since we were away from home the first time on Christmas! Thank you!

This is a perfect home for family enjoyment and gatherings. The home was clean, spacious and provided the number of beds/rooms we needed. We loved the modern rustic feel and the host provided wonderful holidaybcedore

The house was extremely clean and just like the pictures. The game room was a total hit with this kids. The house was decorated for Christmas and really made it feel like a winter wonderland when the snow started to come down. It was close to downtown which made it easy to explore. We really enjoyed this house.

Our group of 8 loved staying here! The home was extremely clean and organized with super cute Christmas lights. Hot tub is fairly small but was clean and warm. We all loved the game room and all the games. We would love to come back in the summer for hiking. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

We really enjoyed our stay. We ran into a spot if trouble with the wifi, but the owners were responsive and it was resolved as quickly as possible. The property was quiet, clean, and has a fantastic game room! We would stay there again.

This house was just as beautiful as advertised. It truly had all the amenities we needed to make our stay perfect. The location is quiet, yet conveniently located close to all the local amenities like groceries, shopping, and restaurants.

The house was very well take care of and clean. easy check in. The property is Gorgeous! We all enjoyed it so much. We spent 1 full day in the pool. The kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable and we all had our own space. The view was beautiful. Quite frankly, none of us wanted to leave. We are already planning our next trip there.
