Stayed Jul 23, 2025The property is excellent. A cute little house, clean and neat, very well stocked and equipped kitchen. This is a property located inside a gated community, which isn't clear from the listing.Two issues:- The address given in the check-in email was wrong. It led us to an owners-only gate. We had to backtrack to the correct address in the pitch black.- The organization that runs this gated community, which includes amenities like tennis courts and swimming pools, charges a mandatory 50 fee to all short-term renters, renewed every 7(?) days. This wasn't disclosed in the listing.

Stayed Sep 21, 2024This place had all the amenities we needed and more. Home away from home. Directions to the home via text would have been helpful to guide us to the entrance of the gated community. Overall though we had a great experience.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had the best experience staying at this awesome home. Everything was not only as described but even better. The house is spotless with a fully stocked kitchen and cozy rooms. The location is amazing and can’t be beat. We will for sure be back!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969House was great, neighborhood was great, kitchen was well stocked with supplies and all the updated appliances made cooking fun. Overall it was perfect and we would stay here again.

Stayed May 13, 2024House was nice but getting to it was a pain. The kitchen was sparsely equipped. If you plan on cooking, bring everything you’ll need.
