Joben Cottage | Sophisticated Coastal Getaway with Bikes & Easy Beach Access

This is my third time staying in Rosemary Beach. The property is exactly as advertised, with a very convenient location and great access to the beach and pool. The kitchen sink stopped working, but to the credit of the ownership as well as the management company, was rectified very rapidly.Honestly, the only thing that really took away from the trip had nothing to do with the property itself, but rather the fact that there’s a huge amount of construction/renovation going on in some of the other houses as well as the roads around where we were and it was fairly noisy nonstop from early morning Till early evening. Add to that that the parking on the streets during the day was partially occupied by the many workers in the area.I would definitely come back but probably confirm as to whether there’s construction going on. Again as far as the property is concerned, it is every bit as good as advertised , beautiful, well laid out and extremely comfortable. I would definitely return to this property.

My daughter got married at The Pearl Hotel that weekend ,and we had plenty of room for 14 people. We did a lot of cooking that week and found some of the pots, pans and baking sheets weren’t clean. There was a lot of wear and tear in the kitchen, but it was still very nice and served all of our needs. The home’s decor was beautiful and comfortable for all of us. My husband was able to work during the day- no problems with internet or workspace given there is a desk and amenities on the 3rd floor. We had a wonderful week and I would recommend this property to a friend.

This was a combined friend and coworker weekend. This house and Rosemary Beach McAfee a prefect getaway. The househas so many beds we could have brought more friends

Six dear friends gathered for a winter break. Joben Cottage was perfect as everything from, shopping, dining and exploring was within walking distance. We loved having our coffee outside on the porch in the morning as we planned our adventures for the day. Rent bikes because the bike paths take you from town to town along 30A.

Easy access to both the beach and shopping. I’m planning on coming back next year!

The property and the neighborhood are wonderful. We have been coming to Rosemary Beach for quite a few years now. Some minor issues with this house, namely that it’s beginning to show its age in the kitchen. There are some small repairs that are needed to fix the dishwasher which has lost the wheels for the dish carriage, also some of the cabinets have lost their knobs. The downstairs bedroom needs a fan which I purchased from target. But overall, a great house and a great location.

Was an amazing place to stay . Very clean and short walk to the beach and to every thing else . Had a great time and will be coming back .
