I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was beautiful and a perfect location. My daughter got married at The Pearl Hotel that weekend ,and we had plenty of room for 14 people. We did a lot of cooking that week and found some of the pots, pans and baking sheets weren’t clean. There was a lot of wear and tear in the kitchen, but it was still very nice and served all of our needs. The home’s decor was beautiful and comfortable for all of us. My husband was able to work during the day- no problems with internet or workspace given there is a desk and amenities on the 3rd floor. We had a wonderful week and I would recommend this property to a friend.

Stayed Feb 6, 2025Six dear friends gathered for a winter break. Joben Cottage was perfect as everything from, shopping, dining and exploring was within walking distance. We loved having our coffee outside on the porch in the morning as we planned our adventures for the day. Rent bikes because the bike paths take you from town to town along 30A.

Stayed Sep 21, 2024The property and the neighborhood are wonderful. We have been coming to Rosemary Beach for quite a few years now. Some minor issues with this house, namely that it’s beginning to show its age in the kitchen. There are some small repairs that are needed to fix the dishwasher which has lost the wheels for the dish carriage, also some of the cabinets have lost their knobs. The downstairs bedroom needs a fan which I purchased from target. But overall, a great house and a great location.

So much room for everyone to have their own space. Loved having both garage spaces for our use. Walking distance to beach was not bad and distance to town and restaurants was amazing. The ease of checking in was so simple also. Does need new shower heads. Highly recommend!
