Jensen Beach Home: Walk to Beach Access!

Everything was perfect . Super clean and everything you could want or need was there . Host were incredible and extremely helpful. One of the best experiences I’ve had staying in owner rental. Wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend this property .

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very well equipped and we had everything we needed. The bathrooms included shampoo, conditioner and soap which was a pleasant surprise. The walk to the private beach was quick and the drive to the dog beach was effortless. Very dog and family friendly, great location and communicative owner.

Property was in a great location nice little walk to the private beach access they have and the public beach access is right next-door. The house was clean and plenty of room for the eight of us. Neighborhood is very dog friendly and there’s even a dog park! My husband took advantage of the little fishing pier and deck down the way, and even caught a snook! We saw manatees as well. Brock Surfside pizza is also walking distance to grab a quick bite or good pizza. Poldi was great to work with for any questions we had and responded quickly. They even provide beach chairs, boogie boards noodles, and I think there was a couple little sand umbrellas which we didn’t use so that was nice to have if needed. All in all we had a great time and stay would highly recommend. It was sad to leave.

I loved the location and how we could walk to the beach. You should really indicate in the listing there are beach towels and chairs, and other beach supplies. I tried to inquire about beach towels before my stay and the generated AI reply said no since you didn’t have it listed. I would also suggest you look at the grill. It’s in the listing but I was disappointed and didn’t think it was any good to use. I would also supply a drying mat or drying rack for items that can’t go in the dishwasher. I needed dish towels too for hand wash items. I would suggest more silverware and also more kitchen supplies such as mixing bowls since the current mixing bowls have cracked coating so they are unusable. I appreciated the shampoo, conditioner and body soap as well as the kitchen sponge, soap and dishwasher detergent. I think the laundry items provided are nice to have for guests as well. One last suggestion is to have the garbage and recycling posted just to ensure it gets out in time. Thanks for a great stay!

We found the house spotlessly clean and nicely stocked with staples: spices, coffee and filters, laundry detergent, paper towels, shower wash, even a welcome bottle of wine! Very comfortable king bed, two full baths and nice towels, made our stay extra enjoyable. Quiet neighborhood but very dog-friendly. We walked to the fenced dog park every day. And also walkable distance to a local bar/restaurant and convenience market as well as a public beach (which is right next to the private beach.)

The home was perfect for our Christmas visit! Clean, cute, comfortable, and had everything we could possibly want! Location can't be beat. We'll be back!

The location was close to the beach, but the house itself needs some updating. It was a little dirty when we arrived and needs some tlc to get a better rating. Both showers needed some work and the toiletries should be changed.

We decided to go to Jensen and join my family who has an annual beach week there. The Villa has a lot to offer, all the amenities you would need and walking distance to the beach. It was also a half mile from where my sister and her family were staying, which was extra convenient. We’re so glad we found it and would definitely stay in the future. The private gated access to the beach was wonderful and we loved the tiki hut overlooking the beach, we took our photo there the first night. The beds were comfortable and the beach chairs/boogie boards were a plus.

We had a wonderful time at this property. Super clean, well equipped and great location. We hope to come back again soon!

Great property, very well equipped, clean and perfect location. We rented a boat and was less than 5 minutes away. The private access to the beach and the Tiki were Great for my dogs and us. Plenty of shade and breeze.Our host Poldi was very attentive and responded to all our inquires and gave us plenty of very good suggestions to go out to eat and sightseeing.A+.

What a beautiful villa hosted by the most lovely and attentive Poldi & Angel! From booking to checkin, from our stay to checkout and beyond, Poldi made sure we had a pleasant experience. The home is bright, modern, comfortable and welcoming. The kitchen very well stocked. I didn’t have to bring anything. Bath & laundry products were well stocked too. Even our dog had bowls and plenty of poop bags. We look forward to our next stay at this lovely home away from home.Thank you for sharing your slice of paradise with us!

We had a great stay at the villa. Very roomy and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The owner was very attentive, responsive and left a nice little surprise on our arrival. Will definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious for our family of 5, nice size kitchen with kitchenware. The house was clean and had great amenities, along with comfy beds. We enjoyed the area and everyone was friendly and helpful. Great beach access point that was very close by with a tiki hut to sit under. Access sits right next to Waveland beach access so there is a life guard nearby. The beach was not too busy during our January stay, it was very nice. Great communication from our host who was very helpful and gave us some tips on the local area. We enjoyed the house so much we added an extra 3 days to our stay! We will definitely be back in the future!

We had a great time at Podi's place, they do a good job of stocking the kitchen and place with everything you might need. The access to the beach isn't far, and with had a lot of fun with the beach supplies they provided. Nice appliances and prompt response when needed from Podi. We really loved the space in the rental!
