Great house, great location, great host.We all really enjoyed our stay at Jemma's, the property was very clean and welcoming on arrival. Good sized rooms and with a longer stay and 5 friends staying there it was great to have your own space. The fireplace was amazing and much needed in the winter. The supply of wood was more than enough and kept the whole house toasty warm.Kitchen amenities were fine with all equipment functioning well, especially the coffee machine (bring your own ground coffee of course).Had no issue with the neighbours at all, just follow the normal noise rules you would at your own house and all will be fine. The host Kate was fantastic, great communication, always responded quickly. We had 2 minor issues while we were there. Both times these were rectified within 30 minutes, even when we said they were nothing major and could wait. The property caretaker was friendly and of great help. Hit him up for some fishing tips.Highly recommended, we try to get away as a group of friends in our middle years of life at least once a year and I am sure we will be back.

Really could use a thorough spring clean and facelift. Some kitchen equipment not clean, bathroom vanity almost crumbling apart, mouldy blinds and generally needed a good makeover

we intended to get out more but the weather wasn't great - no problem, with cards, pool, table tennis & movies we were well entertained. Make sure you bring along some mince or steak for the Kookaburras, the birdlife is amazing, Lorikeets, King parrots, kookaburras & even a couple of eagles

Property is showing signs of aging flyscreens in need of repair, path to lake is hazardous for older people. But the deck and family room was great for a large family group. Mattress in main bedroom could be replaced.

Great place to stay with family and little kids. Great spot on the lake and lots for the family to do. It was a little dusty downstairs but once the windows and doors were all open it was okay. The bedroom doors upstairs were a little hard to open and close but not too much of an issue. Easy communication with owner during stay. Would come back again!

House could use a freshen up. Older bathrooms and toilets. It’s a shame you have to supply your own linen and towels. No spare blankets so if you’re a cold frog I would recommend to take a blanket and maybe your own pill as the ones supplied are very thin. And I must have missed it in the fine print but you have to supply your own toilet paper as well. But host dropped some off to us after contacting them as we only had two half rolls.Overall had a pretty good stay host was prompt to answer text messages. But sorry to say we wouldn’t book again. As we had one of the neighbors peering through his blinds at us all the time we were there.
