Everything was fantastic

Host was amazing - we felt very welcome and at home. Communication was great. This has been our best experience. Would highly recommend. We were traveling with 3 generations and all of us had a comfortable and marvelous time. So very thankful.

The house is clean, well stocked, and has a great location to the beach. Quite neighborhood.

Truly can’t express how beautiful and relaxing this stay was, it’s undoubtedly one of the best stays we’ve had in the area.

Had a wonderful time in Jax Beach. The house was big, clean, comfortable, and very well appointed. Superbly stocked kitchen so no worries if you’re planning on a lot of cooking. Bedrooms were bright and roomy.  Bathrooms clean.  Everything inside the house was up to date. The Spa was fantastic. Plenty of space for outdoor activity on the patio. Lots of equipment and towels available for the beach. My favorite thing about the house was the location. 5-minute stroll to the wide, beautiful, nearly deserted beach. Loved watching the sunrise and taking long walks to the sound of the waves and a breeze. Had only one issue and that was due to our own operator error. Called the owner and they responded quickly and were extremely helpful. Had a great time and loved the house would stay there again.

We could not be happier with this VRBO and its Jax Beach location. Perfect place to visit with family and furry friends. Clean, neat, pet-friendly inside and out. Ample space to have friends, family over for BBQ. Nice amenities including beach-going supplies. Host is very responsive to questions. Centrally located for places to eat, shop and have fun. Highly recommend.

We were very comfortable and happy with the home for the first 2 nights. The last 2 nights we were very cold and did not have directions on the thermostat and I believe the homeowner had access from his phone. He then instructed us to use the manual to adjust the heat. Not sure why we were not able to change the temperature on our own. Thankyou.

Our family came together to celebrate a birthday! The host had fantastic directions and helpful hints for the local area. Plenty of menus of local restaurants were available to help us plan dinners! Conveniently located to shopping and the beaxh! Could not have had a better time!!!

Easy walk to a nice wide beach. Hot tub was nice for the evenings and there was enough room for our group of 8 adults. Communication was great and we were given a 7:30 pm check out on getaway day which was awesome since our flight home was at 10 pm. Highly recommend

Property was exactly as described in the listing. Was extremely comfortable for both two-legged and four-legged friends. Perfect location that included lots of places to eat, shop, drink, play...all the things. Property manager was very helpful and responsive to all inquiries in a timely and informative manner.

We had a wonderful stay. House is close to the beach, stores and restaurants. We loved the spa/pool and outdoor area. Host was very nice and easy to work with. She emailed us during the stay to tell us of a music fest down town. Next time we’re in Jacksonville we’ll definitely stay again.
