Jamaican Dream ~ Beautiful Home Located in Key Allegro!

Welcome to 3 Jamaica, located in Rockport on the beautiful Key Allegro Island!  This home away from home is just a few minutes from the downtown Rockport and Fulton areas.  Easy access for golf carts and close to many local restaurants and other entertainment.  There is also WIFI and ROKU available and we welcome your pet with the applicable pet fees and owner approval.  

There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in this beautiful homethat will sleep up to 10 people.   This home is fully equipped to a high standard to anticipate your needs for a wonderful stay.  

The kitchen is fully furnished and well thought out to ensure you have everything you will need during your stay including a dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker (regular and k-cups).   The kitchen, dining room and living room area have a wonderful open floor plan with beautiful, vaulted ceilings and an abundance of natural lighting.  There is seating at the dining table for 6 guests and an additional 3 barstools at the bar in the kitchen area.   Relax after a long day in the spacious living room while streaming your favorite shows through Roku on the large flat screen smart TV.  The sofa also pulls out into a bed for additional sleeping.  

The master bedroom is on the lower level of the home and features a beautiful, vaulted ceiling and French doors that open to the deck.  There is a queen size bed, large flat screen smart TV with Roku, a lounge chair and plenty of drawer space for all of your vacation necessities.  The master bathroom has a large tiled walk-in shower, toilet closet and includes a laundry room with a washer and dryer.  

The second bedroom is located on the upper level of the home and has a queen-size bed, bedside table, and a wardrobe to keep your belongings in. The bunk room (twin) is also located on the upper level of the home and is perfectly set up for the kids in your group.  There are toys and books provided perfect for small children.  There is not a television in this bedroom.  The second bathroom is a jack and jill style bathroom between these two bedrooms with a shower only.  The fourth bedroom is a small apartment style room located downstairs with a separate entrance.  There is a queen size bed, desk area, large flat screen tv with Roku, small dresser, and a coffee cart with a Keurig coffee maker.  The bathroom has a walk-in sauna/shower that is sure to help you relax.   

This home has so much to offer outside as well.  The garage opens and provides an entertainment area with an outdoor mini kitchen, flat screen tv with a Wii gaming system, including games and a dart board with darts.  The backyard is fully fenced and has a great sandbox for kids of all ages to enjoy! 

Cancellations: Changes or cancellations to reservations less than 30 days must be made 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. Monthly rentals must be canceled 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund. Monthly rentals canceled within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the first month's rent and processing fees. For reservations made less than 14 days before arrival, you have 24 hours from the time that you made your reservation to cancel or shorten your stay.
