Jacksonville Beach house close to Mayo Clinic

The house is small but perfectly equipped. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants .... We loved it .

LOVED IT! The house and location was right perfect. Straight walk to the beach which was not far at all. Plenty of places to window shop and glance through while walking around.

The property was charming and cozy. We had trouble accessing the property and WiFi but the host was quickly responsive. Conveniently located just blocks from Jax Beach it was pleasant and spacious although a bit dated and rough around the edges. While clean and uncluttered he beds were small, the decor and furniture had seen better days and could use a refresh. The beach chairs were unusable but towels were plenitful and appreciated. I would absolutely stay there again with recalibrated expectations.

The house is near the beach by walk, this is perfect for beach vacation. We have everything we need in the house. We have a wonderful stay.

This is a nice little house located just minutes from the beach and the pier. We walked daily to the ocean.

Reviews are based on your expectations. If you are bothered by a cracked outlet cover then this isn't the place for you. For what we paid it was an excellent place to stay. It was a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. It was in the middle of many retail shops and restaurants. It had hot water, good air conditioning, and a nice porch. It felt safe sitting across from a Catholic school with quiet neighbors.

This house was a cute alternative to a hotel for 4 of us, and cheaper. It had enough space for us even with just the one bathroom. Had we needed it, the kitchen was stocked amply with supplies and same with beach supplies.The only negatives as other people have stated is the mattresses need upgraded. The outside of the property isn’t very appealing So the backyard could use some love. But then again you’re at the beach for a reason - not to sit in the backyard. Also - just a heads up - the vents could all use a good cleaning.Overall we were happy with our stay at the home. Thanks you for being wrecking and attentive hosts

Accurate description of property. Includes 3 private bedrooms and a pullout couch, full size kitchen and living room. Quiet neighborhood and only blocks from the beach, very walkable. Bonus outside porch with comfy chairs. Highly recommend.

Very clean! Very quiet! Great location! My only quam is the mattresses were a little dated and not vwry comfortable, but overall very impressed and would stay again!

The place was clean and easy to find, nice location if your intersted in the beach but it was to cold for us in Dec.

The big plus about this property is the proximity to the beach (3 blocks) and to shops and restaurants (1-2 blocks). The outside shower is also helpful to rinse off sand before entering the house. The house itself is nice - has parking for 2, possibly 3 cars, and capacity for 7 or 8, but only 1 bathroom, which can make for some logistical challenges. The sitting/eating area is also somewhat limited (one small 2-person table and a 2-stool counter). Amenities are basic, and they all work. The exterior (siding, soffits) could use a little TLC. The owner/manager was responsive and accommodating. All told, we had a nice time.

My family and I were there for a my mother's surgery. The place was clean and quaint, I will definitely return so I can enjoy the house a little more.

Needed a place to stay for a few days during Hurricane Milton. This was the perfect place for my family.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property in Jacksonville! We were only 4 blocks from the beach and walked there every morning. We had everything we needed for an awesome stay. The neighborhood is quiet but nightlife is only blocks away. We found plenty of great restaurants close by. The hosts communicated well so check in and check out were easy.

We stayed 6 nights. Location was awesome, easy walk to the beach. The chairs, umbrella, and beach towels were wonderful. House was clean, plenty of room. Friendly hosts.

This is a perfect stay. Near the beach and restaurants. The owners are very responsive and kind. The house was so much more comfortable then being crammed in a hotel room and very well priced. The little details of having it managed by the home owner were nice. They left a few snacks, the light switches are all labeled, plenty of towels, trash bags, laundry pods, beach toys, etc. I'd stay again if I find myself in Jacksonville again.

We were in town for a wedding. This house was close too the venue the wedding was at but was also close to the beach, restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend
