Jacaranda Beach House

Beautiful property, lovely location with great view from the balconies. Outdoor lounge area was a favourite. The house was very clean and comfortable with plenty of living spaces.The host was exceptional. Very helpful.

Great place to stay for family with kids of school ages. Full length of the house balcony with filtered views of Smith's lake and the ocean, 2 minutes walk to the lake.Fantastic covered outdoor lounge area. Best of all, upstairs and downstairs living areas and bedrooms meant that kids had their own space. As did us adults & our canine companion.Kitchen was well equipped and Webber bbq.Calling all holiday ental property owners, take a leaf out this owners book.Call me weird, but very often preparing food in a holiday rental kitchens is fraught with angst. I'm usually trying to chop and cut swathes of vegetables, meat, bread and fruit with a kitchen implement that has the cutting power of a butter brick. I can't call these knives, more lightly edged metal set squares. What should takes 20 seconds to chop, takes 10 minutes and your going at it like a lumberjack at a Timberfest. The result looks like you've tried to cut it with drill.But, at this property the knives had an edge that actually cut and it made it just that more enjoyable. It's amazing how these small things make the big things better.

Jacaranda House was lovely! Clean, tidy, nice relaxing vibe, with lovely deck and filtered water views. Very peaceful and relaxing stay.

What an amazing place surrounded by nature, visiting king parrots, and lovely views. Lots of space for 8 people, well equipped kitchen, and having our dog with us was a bonus! Thank you Gerard and Chelsea!

A lovely clean and comfortable house . The kitchen was very well equipped for a large group of eight family members .The downstairs area was perfect for teenagers and the keen fisherman enjoyed being able to walk to the lake .It was a privilege to be able to take our two dogs with us . Thank you for a lovely week .

Gerard sent us a detailed information on checking in and checking out. We all love the large spaces where we spent time talking and catching up with the rest of the family. A flock of kookaburras visited us on the back deck for a feed.Tim went kayaking on the lake early in the morning.

Jacaranda is a lovely comfortable home which gave us space to have time together and apart! The 2 living rooms and the 4 bedrooms were spaced apart perfectly, giving us a more relaxing break. The lovely outside deck and lounge gave us another space to stretch out! Everything from the booking to arriving, settling in and checking out was so easy.

Jacaranda Beach House exceeded our expectations in all areas. We had an amazing four days of relaxation and fun catching up with family (including our puppy) to celebrate two birthdays. The views are fabulous and the property is very well equipped. Having towels and bed linen supplied was a massive bonus for us as it meant we did not have that worry or hassle on arrival. Plenty of space with two lounge areas, two bathrooms and outdoor areas to chill out in. Gerard was always awesome and we would most definitely stay again.

A beautifully appointed, fully self-contained house which accommodated 8 people easily. Also within walking distance to the lake. Had great amenities. A great place to stay.

Location is beautiful. Laidback and lake easily accessed from the property. Good set up for families.

Great vibe, had everything you wanted. Lovely clean house, whilst we stayed upstairs due to dogs not liking stairs, i have to say that down stairs looks amazing. It is very peaceful, the owner was fabulous. Would stay again. Loved it.
