Stayed Apr 2, 2025A very nice property on the Jordan River. Inside the house was very nice. We greatly enjoyed the pier and caught a lot of fish. The only real downside was the outside grill was completely covered in rust and full of water. Also two wicker chairs downstairs need to be replaced. Overall, a nice place in a good location. I could recommend and we would stay there again.

Stayed Aug 9, 20242nd time staying at this property and it is always very clean and perfect for our group of 8. We use it for our f stays football draft and the bar area downstairs is great! Recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a getaway with the guys!

Stayed Jul 11, 2024Cleanliness-cluttered, unorganized, outside kitchen dirty, inside trash can dirty, closets inside full of items, toilet was stopped up. Accuracy of online listing - listing mentioned golf cart but there was not one, listed refrigerator at bar but there was not one, just a large one that did not work. Overall we had a good time but our last night we saw quite a few roaches and noticed an odd smell when fans were off. Host was very nice and helpful I just hated to keep bothering him with issues.

Stayed Mar 29, 2024We had so much fun staying on the Jordan River! The house had plenty of room for the family and kids. Well equipped for cooking and cleaning. I appreciated the extra linens and pillows. We would love to use this home again if ever in the area!
