Welcome to 5 O'Clock Somewhere, a stunning three-level beach house just 50 yards from the sand, where the only thing more breathtaking than the Atlantic Ocean views is how fast your to-do list turns into a to-don't list. Two levels of covered decks and wraparound porches practically beg you to grab a drink and watch the sunrise from your private balcony, no rush, you're on island time now. And yes, there's an elevator, because vacation is not the time to be hauling coolers up three flights of stairs.

The top-floor living level is where the magic happens: two separate hangout spaces, a big flat-screen for movie nights, and a sleeper sofa for whoever shows up last to claim a bed. The kitchen brings the party with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, double wall ovens, and a Keurig for the mornings after. Seat 10 at the dining table, squeeze 4 more at the breakfast bar, and let the wet bar and beverage cooler handle the rest, because happy hour waits for no one.

Downstairs, three king suites with private baths (two sharing their own balcony) mean nobody's fighting over the bathroom, and a fourth king suite on the ground level keeps everyone spread out in comfort. Whether it's one big family or several piling in together, this pet-friendly home was built for good company, with parking for 5 cars, wifi throughout, and a handicap-friendly elevator (not ADA compliant) so everyone can join the fun. Refuel nearby at Fannies on the Beach or Pier 16 Seafood Restaurant, grab a casual bite at Spanky's Beachside or Sugar Shack, and don't skip a frozen drink at Wet Willie's. Tybee Market IGA is a quick drive away for anything you forgot to pack. Grab your sunglasses, it's 5 o'clock somewhere, and it's about to be 5 o'clock here too.

What is parking like for this home
Guests have access to a two car garage, and three parking spaces in the driveway outside of the home. Parking is limited to small/compact sedans in the garage.

We can welcome your dog companions at this pet-friendly home, but we ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $130 pet fee (non-refundable) with a 50 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs; please inquire for more information.
