Isles Of Capri, Naples & Marco Island area 2bed/2bat house dock & pool

Great home and location. Very clean and extremely well-stocked kitchen. Excellent communication with the host. Loved the area.

Great location, well equipped home, cozy and comfortable. Only wished there was better lighting in the patio for night use and boat docking was available but otherwise, would definitely return.

We enjoyed our stay at this home. The interior of the home had everything we needed to be comfortable and the outdoor areas were also well appointed. The location was very convenient for traveling into Marco Island.

Great location, beautiful home!!

This is a cute, clean and very accommodating home in a quiet location with a beautiful wide water view! We loved this as well as fishing off the dock. The dolphins came by too! The pool was awesome and we were in there every day! Everything you need and a very responsive property manager, which we appreciated very much! All of this and a few minutes to Marco Island! We hope to return!

This was a super nice place to stay that was right on the water. We saw Dolphins and Manatees right from the dock. We caught lots of smaller fish with catfish being the main species. There were a couple really good restaurants within a mile from the house. We would definitely stay again!

Everything was great! The property was exactly as it was described. Amazing location! We had 2 dolphins pass directly under the dock. Also saw a manatee and a stingray in the canal. Would definitely stay here again!!

We stayed on Capri for a weeklong fishing trip and the house met all of our needs and exceeded our expectations! The cleanliness, updates, amenities (the pool, patio, and dock), and access to all that Isle of Capri offers will keep us coming back!

Nice amenities, great location. Very clean and comfortable.

We were very excited to go to this place since it had flawless reviews. Once we got there we noticed the pictures made this place look better than it was. We noticed tiny bugs (no-see-um's?) on the kitchen counter and in the bathrooms. The neighbors had parties until midnight and are very close to the Main bedroom. Windows were not sound proof at all and you could here pretty much any neighbor conversations being had. The property manager was responsive to any needs but still not a 5 star experience as the previous reviews indicated.

We had a wonderful stay in the Isle of Capris. The house was perfect for the 4 of us. We enjoyed sitting on the dock, my husband fished the canal. My daughter loved the pool area. Our host was amazing. We had a lovely stay.

Sometimes you open the door to a rental property that just puts a very big smile on your face. This is one of the few and rare occasions when you have absolutely no complaints, find everything you need and everything you want.Evelim is a perfect proactive host who keeps this place flawless. Wonderful pool. Plenty of outdoor shade as well as sun all day. Comfortable beds and good indoor climate.Highly recommended!

Home was beautiful, and location was perfect for a guy that loves to fish. We had a great stay,and enjoyed the local restaurants.

The house was just as described. Check in was easy. Comunication with the property manager was excelent. Was able to rent a pontoon from local marina and keep tied up at the dock.

Nice location..water view. The only thing I would change is to add launch pad for kayaks. We were not able to drop in the back as we have heavier fishing kayaks. W enjoyed pool and fishing some from the dock. We would stay again!
