I lovely and spacious property well furnished and clean.Utensils, crockery, cutlery and of course the barbeque all available and sufficient for 6 adults and 3 children.Fishing at the jetty and playing in a large swimming kept the entire group occupied, when not in the sun on the loungers and chair. We couldn't have asked for more, maybe one thought, I would have loved a small desk and chair for my office work. The bar did fine.A big thank you to Pam and Bart, they responded quickly and helpfully and made the break trouble free

Property was amazing!!! Watching the dolphins everyday and having the pool/hot tub was perfect for the kids. The view is absolutely incredible. Clean house, spacious and responsive owners.

Overall the house and view is beautiful!! The pool and outside view is amazing! Watching the dolphins swim was beautiful! However, this is not a luxury stay. Feels like you are a guest in a house- picture and names of the home owners are throughout the home. Towel, linens and bedroom furniture are not nice quality. Low pressure water showers. Unable to control pool and spa temperature - have to message the owner. which is not appealing! The downstairs bathroom had a stagnant smell that is horrible! Definitely needs attention. Ocerall, the house is what you get for the price.

Spectacular views. Sitting poolside we were able to watch sea life and boaters. Spacious and updated kitchen. Lots of beds and bedrooms...great for families. The pools were clean and heated.

House and location are fantastic! The dolphins greet you as you walk into the house. The home was well stocked and everything was high end. The only issue we had, as we are clean freaks, was some minor cleanliness which the owners were receptive about and are looking into. We would rent again!

Really pretty views! I mean really pretty. Sunrise and sunset. Everything in the house was great and exactly as advertised. Sunsets, fishing, pool, hot tub, burrowing owls, national parks, boating, restaurants, golf, sun and fun. What a great time. 100% coming back!

Wonderful spot on the river. Watchs the boats all day at the pool. The owner is easy to work with. It was just the 2 of us but this house is big. We had a wonderful time.

This is probably the best VRBO we have ever rented! The house was HUGE and instantly felt like home. The view from the pool and deck were great. We had the owner move the boat so our view wasn't blocked. would highly recommend asking them to do this for you. We had a great time relaxing in the pool, hot tub watching the boats, dolphins and pelicans. Sitting on the deck in the mornings and evenings was extremely relaxing as was the entire island...much more relaxed than being on Marco Island. It only takes about 5 min to get back to Collier Blvd and then a quick drive to Naples or Marco Island. Our stay was in mid-March 2023 and they were still dealing with some minor issues caused by the hurricane. I suspect these issues to be resolved over the next few weeks. Note the homeowner was very responsive to our numerous questions the first few days. We will definitely be back!!!

Loved our stay at this home. It was spacious enough to accommodate my family and my 2 grandchildren. Spectacular view of the water and a quiet location to relax. I would definitely return another year.

This home is truly amazing. We had the best and most relaxing time. It was fun for all ages in our party. The pool was so refreshing and we loved having a view of the water. We will definitely be back!!!
