Stayed May 28, 2023Pros-Walking distance to beach, comfortable beds, AC stopped working and was fixed same day, plenty of bathrooms, beach chair and bikes available Cons- House needs updating, Living room needs more comfortable seating for large parties, dresser in upstairs bedroom needs to be bolted to the wall (not safe for small children) HOA- Cons all around for HOA. Dogs allowed for home owners only, can not park jet skis, RVs ect.

Stayed Jul 2, 2022The property was very clean! We had plenty of towels which was so nice. Bring your beach towels, there is lots of beach gear available to use along with bikes etc. ( you will need to email them for the codes) The beds we comfy and the beach is a very short walk.
