Stayed Mar 5, 2026One of the best kept secrets in around Amelia Island. We were there for the auction at Goodings and I was impressed at how clean quiet and how close everything was to the home. I can’t express enough how much we enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Feb 27, 2026The interior of the house was impeccably clean.There was plenty of initial supplies and the layout of the house was extremely comfortable.Loved walking in and hearing soft light music playing.Bedrooms and bathrooms were plenty roomy.Neighborhood was very quiet and the location was very close to downtown.

Stayed May 16, 2025Gorgeous, stunning remodeled home, every detail is amazing inside! Just a quick two turns and you are at the beach, few minutes and you are strolling around the coolest downtown Marina area. Trees drape over the neighborhood, absolutely beautiful, feels like you are in another time.

Stayed Jan 28, 2025Perfect location, close to the beach, shopping and food areas. The inside of the house was remodeled, perfectly clean and had everything you needed to live in it for a month. The neighbors made us feel right at home and Cheryl was a very attentive host and made sure we were able to find the house and access everything to enjoy our stay.

Stayed Jun 23, 2024What a beautiful home!! I would recommend to anyone visiting Amelia Island. The home is a short distance from the beach and the historic downtown. They did a great job remodeling the home and there is plants of space and a fully functional kitchen with more than you need!! Cheryl was lovely to work with!! Stay here!!!!

Stayed Apr 1, 2024House was immaculate, well stocked and better than advertised. The only request for future stays is to be provided with some instructions on using the Xfininty TV controls. This is one of the best VRBO experiences we have had.

Stayed Nov 9, 2023House was great and exactly as represented. We were close to everything we needed to be near for my daughter’s wedding. The hosts are so thoughtful with everything provided in the house and the helpful notes. instructions for check in and check out were clear, concise and timely. 5 STARS! Highly recommend!
